@@mr.d.572 Let me answer for that guy. I got one a while back and I love it. It's the only OD/distortion on my board currently (also a Big Muff, but that's a fuzz, eh?). They were (as far as I'm concerned) quite pricey for what they are when they came out, but you see them coming up on Reverb around/under the 80 quid mark now, which is arguably still a lot, but was when I went for it. However, the Tone City Golden Plexi (which I also have) is extremely similar and much, much cheaper (I got one second hand for 20 quid!). The El Rey is great, but the Golden Plexi gives more bang per buck, without question.
Hey there! The El Rey is a little hotter, a little more 'Plexi' like and doesn't clean up as much as the Red Dirt. But if you use your guitar's volume knob you can still get in the ballpark. Hope this helps!
I just got one of these. Sounds like complete crap. It makes a ton of noise and sounds nothing like this. Absolute worst pedal I've ever wasted my money on. Doubt I'll be supporting keeley in the future 🤔 😡
Mine just arrived in the mail today. I have been buying and selling plexi style petals for a while now and this is the first one that I am keeping.
Is it still worth having?

Oh dang, that's good tone!
There appears to be very minimal increase in gain past 9 o'clock in low and high modes. Is there a specific reason for this?
