Notes:
-Measures 15-16 are felt in 12/8 but it was easy to write in 4/4 for the sake of the solos. The tuba eight notes there should instead written as triplets with each note taking up the first two beats of the triplet.
-The slurs aren't 100% correct but they should be mostly accurate
