  • This McKenzie exercise frequently brings relief of elbow pain.
    Typically the pain is diagnosed as tennis elbow, but the McKenzie Exercise treats the structure within the joint (called a meniscoid), which typically clears up the issue (proving the diagnosis of tennis elbow wrong). Many painful elbow conditions respond rapidly to this exercise.
    As with all McKenzie Exercises you should consult a fully qualified McKenzie practitioner to ensure you understand the pain response, and that the exercise is suitable for your condition.

    Thanks I've just picked up playing disc golf about 3 hours a day for the past month and developed elbow pain from bad technique. This relieved my elbow pain in seconds. Thanks

    I love physiology as an athlete. Couldn’t explain my elbow pain, and this is a great stretch to alleviate it.
