    I'm a McKenzie devotee and looked this up after getting severe pain from overuse with Pickleball. After 2 sets, the pain is gone. Thank you so much.

    I had pain right in the tip of my elbow from doing Tricep extension exercises. After a couple of sets of this and the pain is already 95% gone. I'll keep working with these exercises for a month or so. Thanks Doc much appreciated.

    My pain is in the elbow tip upon extension. Feels like I have clicking occurring. Will these exercises help?
