Hey Jovita. Looking beautiful in the latte makeup❤. I agree on the hair cream based moisturiser. I've been doing that for the past year and it does wonders. I also follow up with tiniest amount of hair serum just at the ends to lock in that moisture.
I don't live in a monsoon heavy part of the world, but I do have oily skin, and I 100% back the use of niacinamide serums. I use one by The Ordinary every day, and it's done wonders to smooth out my texture and prevent acne.
Hi Jovi, subscriber from Sri Lanka over here! Not sure if any of you are familiar with our climate, but we have crazy humidity almost all year long, lol. As someone with oily skin, that means no skincare or makeup which is heavy, thick, occlusive etc. For years i've been using lacto calamine lotion in place of a daytime moisturizer and it works great! It helps to calm irritation, gives just the right amount of hydration without being heavy, and is also a great makeup base (i don't use any foundation, just apply the lotion, pat dry and then brush on some powder). The trick is to use only a tiny bit, otherwise your face will look pink! However, it does have witch hazel too. As i said i've been using it for years and never had any issues, but is this gonna be bad for my skin as i get older (am 36 now, my skin is pretty clear so far). While i keep my morning routine super simple, i do have a more intense night routine - with vitamin c, niacinamide, eye serum and more hydration too...
Yessssss!! I have oily skin too plus live in a very humid climate. I use a face pack with multani mitti, gram flour and turmeric about once a week (or at least once in 2 weeks!) It helps keep my skin very smooth - gives it a deep clean and also reduces hormonal breakouts, blackheads and whiteheads.
Are dermaco sunscreens certified please review sunscreen stick s please and check them under uv camera please sister my dermatologist said dont trust all brands
Please make an updated sunscreen recommendation, if possible with the UV camera test for how long they last pleaseeeee. The previous video was very very useful ❤
@@MrJovitageorge Jovi thought us to apply sunscreen 365 days no matter what weather so it's definitely a BIG YESS!! P.S I apply sunscreen even when it's raining outside. We would love to hear your recommendations ☺️
dunno why but my skin feels bit rough when i touch, even after applying many products i feel its not feeling that silky smooth its used to be, any recommendations Jovi? i really love how you explain things and share unbias product reviews. Thank you for making my life easier
Facing the same , my skin was almost good had no major issues but nowadays even after doing so much of skin care it's kinda getting bad day by day. I am thinking of visiting a dermatologist now
Hi i use a face pack with multani mitti, gram flour and turmeric about once a week. It's superrrrr gentle compared to harsh physical exfoliation but also leaves my skin baby soft and smooth. Plus i use a vitamin c + niacinamide serum every night. I feel like these steps have helped to make my skin smoother, clearer and brighter over the past year or so. Less hormonal breakouts, fewer blackheads/ whiteheads and less pigmentation. Btw i have oily skin. If you have dry skin, multani mitti maybe too drying - unless maybe you could reduce the frequency of usage and couple it with a nice hydrating ingredient too.
Hi jovita... Love your content. Can u suggest any other curl cream besides curl up, inexpensive but just as effective? There are so many online it's confusing
Thank you for this one❤ Please let me know what are ur suggestions for a monsoon moisturizer as whatever I use is jus making my face sticky... Other seasons my skin is normal to combination type and most moisturizers are good .. but in this season I'm jus loosing it Please help if u could suggest something in a budget below 350-400 ❤❤❤
Jovi i love you and @shwetavijay videos ...i follow you both religiously...i am too found of you both and i can swear by your recommendation..they are so genuine

I think dr seths salicylic and neem face wash may be better for this season ?
yes, if you have oily skin. If you have sensitive skin, the ceramide one is better.

Jovi recommend something for itchy scalp.

In monsoon season I faced alot of hairfall. Do you have anything for that?
there are some amazing hair serums for hair fall. I love the kerastase one, be bodywise and pilgrim ones
Kerastase hair serum is v v expensive. Can you suggest a substitute to use in monsoon in place of oil??
You can also use the Pilgrim / Be Bodywise hair growth serums
@@MrJovitageorge will do. What about wishcare?
Jovi any alternative for this cica serum? It doesn't suit me
Have you tried the one from Dr Sheths or Dermaco?
Yes !! Dr. Sheths haldi and hyaluronic acid moisturizer
Does monsoon cause more red veins on the face.
