It's not that it's just that the camera in Instagram is rubbish, when filming a simple video from Instagram in the story it constantly goes blurry trying to focus but if I film the same video with the camera on my phone, it's perfect and has no problem getting the focus.

I have 11 Pro Max and the turning off the wifi did the trick for me. My wifi is good and my cellular is super weak and still did better for uploading to stories...go figure...

Guys just try this I'm sure that it will work just do this. Share your Facebook post to Instagram rather than sharing it from Instagram to Facebook and even if your story looks blurry after you upload video just post it in Facebook and select the option share to Instagram this is the solution drop a like if it worked

If your video are getting blur only i have the solution
Record video in 1080p not 4k because Instagram supprot only 1080p file max if you upload at 4k insta will compres it and it will look very blurry this solution work for me and do not forgot to reinstall you insta gram❤
