This is one of the best response to heckler I have ever seen. Sometimes I feel like some comedians are just finding whatever ways to insult the hecker, which is understandable, but not optimal in preventing such future behavior nor providing happiness in general. Here, the heckler was told about how the joke works because of the accidental rudeness while given an easy path to deescalation. Perfect response to the heckler.

Yes those moments when the "Curb Your Enthusiasm" music plays because of : " Oh snap what did I say?!". I've had a catchphrase at times in the past where I've said : "I'll keep my eye out!" while doing an odd eye gesture. I once did it to a guy(who was a member of the center I worked at then) who I found out later he had been shot in and lost his eye years before in a robbery at his business! Yikes!
this a good lesson in not having a catchphrase outside of say, being in a sitcom in the late 90s

This may sound pretentious but his crowd work feels so much more authentic than all the bullshit that’s put out by “comics” these days. Most of it feels scripted, List comes across as genuine, hilarious and real.

Great set as usual. I've noticed that the audio is difficult to understand on a lot of recent uploads as if it's being recorded from the back of the room. You should try to get audio directly from the mixing board when available or from mics that are closer to the speakers.

@@mdrzn, not sure if you have an EQ app, but if you listen to it with headphones you could probably turn down 300hz to 600hz and get and get more understandable audio
