- Thank you for watching our ANTIQUING VIDEO TOUR (PART 3 of 3) in a HUGE 2-Story mall in Rogers, MN, (25 miles NW of Minneapolis) and close to our home! It's full of beautiful antique, vintage and fun retro décor and collectibles! We've shopped there for decades and much of our home is decorated from great retro things we found there!
Peg's older brother happens to live there in Rogers too and we are grateful that he is so close by. We've always enjoyed thrifting and antiquing for vintage MCM furniture, lighting, kitchen dishes and accessories to use and decorate our home since 2005.
Our home is constantly changing as we find more fun vintage items at antique and thrift stores in MN and WI. We hope you will check out our other antiquing and thrifting videos as well as our home décor tours! Thanks so much!!!
A special 'Thank You' to Barb and Wally, owners of this fabulous antique mall for giving us the opportunity to do the 3 videos. We look forward to reading your comments. We are very GRATEFUL for your kind support and WISH YOU AND YOURS A BLESSED YEAR!!
With appreciation,
Peggy Lou and Norm

Thank you for including me in your show! It was such fun. Best wishes for your continued success. And God bless you today and always! By the way it was 1986 not 93 when Walt Disney Productions ceased and The Walt Disney Company began. Always check the back of your Disney treasures for the signage.
Hi Dan! You're very welcome, but we were grateful to meet you and thank you for your wonderful contribution to this video! People have already said how much they enjoyed your part and stories! We hope lots of people see this video and you hear some great stories and gain new friends with a love for Disney too! Hope you have a blessed winter and we bump into you again at the Antique Mall of Rogers ;-) Our best, Peg and Norm
@@starquant Thanks so much. It makes two of us - I've never seen The Great Southern Land and need to!
Waking up to see a video posted by Peggy and Norm 3 hours ago. Clicked as soon as I could with a cup of coffee. You guys never disappoint. :)

Beautyfull swan😍
Honestly I could have everything in your entire house but I would not know how to place it. In your house it's a beautiful showcase in my house it would look as if I were applying makeup for the very 1st time. I only wish I could design my house exactly like yours 😍🥰😍 I have nice things but do not know how to place them. I am currently looking for milk glass, vintage wall shelfs found one but everything I put on it just does not compare to yours. 🤣😂😅 I'll keep trying tho 👍🙋♀️ Happy B-day🎂
Thanks Norm And Peggy. You made some nice purchases😊👏 and it was nice hearing from the Disney relative. You could tell he was very proud of his grandfather!
First of all HAPPY BIRTHDAY Miss Peggy! What a gorgeous gift from Mr. Norm. I really enjoyed this vlog, it is fun to see Mr. Norm's perspective of things he enjoys looking at. What a dream to take trips together and have someone who loves collecting. The Disney segment was amazing, the things I learn here! Hoping you are both well and enjoying our winter season!
What a beautiful gift 🎁 from Norm Happy birthday 🎊🎂 Peggy ❤️💕🙏🏼🌷
Another great trip! Loved your birthday presents! Norm was very funny with the stretched coke bottle!
Disneyland is magical. It's a must go place. My dad flew U-contol model airplanes. He was the national champion stunt flyer in the 1950's, and Disney hired him and a few of his friends to fly exhibitions when the park first opened. It only lasted a few months because the workers in the park were getting sick from the fumes.
Just want to comment on your excellent camera work. Very controlled and at a pace that allows me to enjoy the antique and vintage goodies as well. That’s why I enjoy your “thrift with me vlogs”!
My dad used to work at Disneyland Mountain they had their with a train goes through in 1956 his name was Bill Thorpe he is now 86 of age I just wanted to share Sacramento California Belinda
Beautiful cabin cruiser radio
Thank you for showing the video.......what a treat to see all of it. It is a bigger treat for anyone that enjoys collecting and are now in the senior stage of life and cannot attend most things.
Hi my awesome new friend how are we today? Thought I’d come and see what you’re doing over on your channel
Thanks for coming here to our channel, Grandma Sandy! We are so very happy that you found our channel and count you as an awesome new friend too ;-) Sincerely, Peg and Norm too
🎂 Happy birthday Peggy Lou! Enjoy your special day dear! ❤️❤️❤️
Hi Hilda! Pretty lady!! Thank you so much for watching this video and send your sweet birthday message!! So thoughtful. We hope you have a blessed winter season. Hugs from Us Both!
Hi Peg and Norm. Happy Birthday you two. What a fun video. I loved hearing about Walt Disney. Those stories are always so much fun to hear. And, I'll take one of those Fenton coin dot pieces to go. LOL Have a great weekend. Stay warm.
Hi LeAndra! Thanks so much for watching this and sending your nice note and birthday wishes! I was in the process of typing an email to you because I really goofed up and forgot your birthday ;-( I apologize! My memory is not so good anymore. Even if I make notes, I forget to look at my notes. Oh it's frustrating. I need some brain supplements. Norm has a much better short term memory. I'll chat more in the email. Your kitchen video was just great. I love your small vintage kitchen. I love painted cupboards! You are a great vintage decorator ;-) So fun to see it and love that you shared what's happening with you all and the houses! Thanks for birthday wishes to us both! Hi to Tom and Grace! TTYS, Peg
Oooh that's so sweet of mr. Norm. He is so kind. Happy birthday.
Happy Birthday Peggy! 🎂 🎉

Recent sub here ✋ from Halloween 2020 :) I am in absolute awe of you and Mr Norms style and collections! The way you display your items is perfection and is #goals! I can only hope to one day amass (and keep organized) the quality and amount of your collections!
P.s. I really enjoy when Mr Norm takes the camera and tells us what he likes and more about him. Reminds me of my grandpa (dads side) and feels somewhat familiar. Hope that doesn't make me creepy 😬 😳 lol
Hello A Nelson! Thank you so much for watching this tour and sending your very kind message! So very nice of you to write to us! We are very happy that you found our channel and are enjoying our displays and décor! Norm says, "Thank YOU!" for giving him a thumbs up!! I thought he did well. I keep stressing to keep the camera on items long enough so people can really see/read things. I appreciated his help there. I've always thought he has a nice guy voice ;-) No, you're not creepy at all! I've been compared to other's grandma's too and that is just wonderful ;-) We wish you a safe and healthy winter season! Thanks again so much for subscribing and watching!! Sincerely, Peg and Norm

Very nice store. My favorite items are the red tow truck, Fisher Price people, Boy Scout first aid kit. Cool story about the Disney employee. Thanks for sharing, I seen a lot of nice things!
Hi Diana! Is that how you spell your name? I looked on your channel, but didn't see your name. Thank you for watching this video and writing to us. It was very fun to learn of your favorites! So glad to know you like the items you mentioned and especially enjoyed the Disney collector, Dan. With so many things we show we always wonder if anyone out there will like that kind of collectible. Thanks again for being in touch. You are doing great videos. Loved seeing your stacking cats and mouse gift!! So cute. Have a great February! Sincerely, Peg

The Littlest Pet Shop toys came out in the early 90's so very collectible now. The relish dish with the holder was gorgeous that Norm showed. Your Haeger Swan is beautiful Happy Birthday. Love Norm's ship too, so detailed. Thank you both!!
I loved that scooter great design. Nice to see some of the toys I've just found out that Pez can be quite valuable it's the sort of thing you would overlook. The Disney segment was interesting too. That boat looks amazing. Wishing you a very Happy Birthday and continued health and happiness. Take care and be safe.
Thankyou for another Great Video. I Love your Birthday gift. I waited until Saturday morning to watch so i could set and enjoy with my cup of coffee.
That was my Magic Mountain my dad used to work Bill Thorpe now this is Sacramento 86 of age and still married to his wife they've been married 68 years your friend from Sacramento Belinda
Really enjoyed the video, the deer made by kimple was part of the softee line, they were made to look like they were fabric or quilted, hence the"dots" ,I made a few myself,😊
Wow. Dan's stories about his grandpa was amazing. I went to Disneyland late 70s with my grandparents. I loved it's a small world ride an the pineapple on a stick.
You skipped the pocket knives. My husband collects those too. Just loves them

Hi Lorraine! Thank you so much for watching the Rogers Mall 3rd video and sending your kind messages! We sure appreciate your support. This troll has sent 3 mean messages now. I did decide to block him. I don't need that. I'm sorry if he feels deprived maybe, who knows? He is following another very successful thrifter/reseller on his channel, which doesn't make much sense. Anyway, thank you for your message. I couldn't respond there, so I'm mentioning him here. I actually hope others read my response. I'm always feeling that I have to try to justify our vintage purchases and thrifting since it's our only entertainment. When both Norm and I are gone, any leftover things will go to charities because we have no children. So everything will eventually be given back to the community anyway. We won't be taking it with us ;-) It's been my fun décor instead of expensive drapes, wallpaper, kitchen cabinets, new appliances, new bathrooms, expensive shoes & purses, expensive meals out, vacations, etc. etc. There I go again, justifying. We're trying to earn a little extra retirement income from the videos. Well, thanks again, Lorraine, for your very kind support! Hugs, Peg & Norm
That’s a beautiful car collection also you guys found some awesome things thanks so much for sharing them with us
Our pleasure! We appreciate you ;-)
You did a great job on the video on the turkeys I just keep watching and listening to it I may have to watch this video a couple times I love this
Hi Grandma Sandy! What a sweet name ;-) We thank you very much for all your kind messages and grateful that you are watching our videos!! So glad you enjoyed the turkeys and the mall antiques. We love bird figurines too, very much. You're the first one to comment on the birds chirping in the background! We wish you a blessed winter season and look forward to hearing from you again! Sincerely, Peg and Norm
Hello to you and Norm, sorry the snow hasn’t passed yet! We are waiting but not received any here in Cambridgeshire yet! 🤍❄️☃️
Hi! Thanks so much for watching our videos and taking the time to write to us! I was looking at the weather over there and saw that they predicted like 3 days of heavy snow and somehow it didn't get there! That's weather for you--still unpredictable at times. I hope you have a blessed winter season and stay well! Sincerely, Peg & Norm
Hi guys I'm from California ,been going to Disney Land all my life ,now taking my grands LOVE IT ,it's true most of the crowd is from California residents I also worked there for a little while about 6 months so much fun so much fun to see behind the scenes which they call backstage and everyone is our guests so so fun I don't even want to ever go to Florida Disney whatever it is Disneyland is the best
Oh! Just saw this message too, Suzanne! Loved hearing your experiences with Disneyland. That's very cool ;-) Six months working there must have been very fun and educational--NICE! Thanks again for taking the time to write all that for us to enjoy knowing! Have a fun 😊 weekend!

Wishing you a safe and healthy winter season and look forward to hearing from you again! Best wishes, Peg and Norm
We used to live by St Cloud and there were always a large number of wild turkey 🦃 around there too but a flock that large is pretty awesome ♥️ We live by Willmar now and don’t see to many, mostly pheasant and 🦌. Thanks for the shopping trip♥️♥️
I remember seeing those crazy coke bottles as a kid but don't remember why they were that way other than decorative purposes. I like the gifts that Norm purchased. Wowwee
Littlest pet-shop is from the early 2000’s my daughter played with them and she is 22.
Did you ever go to teenage dances at Ryan’s Bass Lake Ballroom or Media Ballroom
Hi! I sure did!!😁 Did you? Such fun!! Where are you located? I graduated from Robbinsdale High in 1967--did I already mention that to you? Those were fun times. Thanks much for writing!! Peg
@@Crazy4Retro Denver. Left mn in 1983. Yes we talked before. Hopkins High ‘67. Friday night teenage dances. Ryan’s was where
My parents had their wedding dance in 1947. Haha. Kind of a dump when we were teens. And the tough girls from Osseo. Great mpls bands though. Loved Medina dances and Danceland
@@Crazy4Retro remember the Terrace theater?
@@notyou9743 Oh, yes!! We spent a lot of time at that very retro building. Great memories. It was close to my parent's home in Golden Valley. I think there may still he a website for people to share memories of it. My sister was commenting on it. I'll ask her. Too bad it had to come down--I believe they lost the battle to save it.
@@Crazy4Retro sad. That was a beautiful theater
