Woooooooo chile I hear you about those microlocs! I had microlocs, almost 400 of those jokers and it took 12 hours to retie! Now I have 100 traditional lovs and it takes about an hour to retwist now! I'm so glad I made that change! Your hair will loc so fast because it's trained to be locked. Or so I've been told. I'm almost 2 months in with the new set and I've budded and started locing already. I'm excited to see what changes happen with your hair! I'm riding with you hunni!
Without even doing twist my hair literally locked like crazy in abt a month or less I just never combed it😂 now I'm feeln to start locs since it fast for me
Happen to get recommended your video after researching starter locs. I just started on Dec 18th and our hair textures looks very similar, so I will definitely be following along with you. :) Can't wait to see how much your hair flourishes! It looks so good for one month in! It looks like 4 months instead.
I love this my hair locced up in 2 months many thought I was a year in. I washed it every 2 weeks but did a retwists every month. It really helped even when I combed them out my hair was so long
I have 4c hair. I started my two strand locs in Nov. my hair has become very dry. It’s not enough Oil or Water 😂 I just keep at it. Because I’m so lost. I will say I’ve seen some improvement with aloe vera juice, mixed with little water and olive oil on the scalp. Seems like my hair like it’s 🥰
I'm thinking about starting locs but was thinking how will the front grow or look after the hair transplant. Would love to hear your experience @Elle Thornton.
hey girliee i didnt catch if you mentioned it but do you know how many locs you have?? or a guess? im trying to find youtubers with a similar count to mine
Tell me more about your hair transplant because my edges are damaged in the same exact spot of your hair transplant and I just say after my loc journey
I know she didn't respond yet but i blow dried mine first, twisted 97 locs, and did a 2 point interlock. I washed my hair 2 weeks later and nothing unraveled. The roots stayed intact with the interlock...
Hey, so I had a hair transplant and lost a lot of them do a combed them out. When my hair grew back i just decided to go with a fuller look, I don’t think I have time for the maintenance of them anymore.
@@LondonParis it has been used to help thicken the hair and aid in growth generally but especially after hair transplant it also further strengthens/ restores/ creates follicles
I finally found someone who hair is similar to mines and I can definitely say I feel my locs we’re already locing at 2/3 weeks 😂😂
Girl get your butt back here and give us an update 🤣 i see you commenting on your videos!

Your locs have matured so much for just one month, I usually see these results at the 4 month mark how often did you wash and moisturise your hair?
I believe I shampooed once and let the steam hit my hair when I shower often .(all before this video)

@@LondonParis I actually never counted! Maybe one day! And you're welcome. :)
I thought they were locs! Lol I was like one month?! Looks good girl!! We both locked on 17!
Thanks ❤️❤️
Even if you do not like wrapping your hair try a satin pillow cover. That might help. This just a suggestion!
Thanks! I’ve definitely thought about it, I might just do that.

I'm on my third month loc and my hair locs like this. I'm struggling to love the poof phase 😢

Your lil baby locs so cute ❤️
Thanks 😊
This looks good on you, and your skin is fabulous 💕
We need you to come back 🤞🏾
Congratulations, beautiful!!
So pretty. I’m 6 years in and getting a hair transplant soon. I know I’m going to lose a few but I should be able to re-attach them.
That was my first thought ( reattach) but then I started to love the look of thicker locs so I just started over.
I'm thinking about starting locs but was thinking how will the front grow or look after the hair transplant. Would love to hear your experience @Elle Thornton.
I agree Sis❤. I’m older, and I don’t wanna see my scalp!🥰✌🏽🙏🏽
Hey love was wondering if u have a video of u actually doing your locs and a retwist?
We need a update 🙏🏾
When first starting out, how soon did you have your first wash?
Imma get two strands just like how you got them in

Hey when you started your locs did you blow dry your hair? or just on your freshly washed hair?
I know she didn't respond yet but i blow dried mine first, twisted 97 locs, and did a 2 point interlock. I washed my hair 2 weeks later and nothing unraveled. The roots stayed intact with the interlock...
How to you wash the locs
Question why has the back of my head the twist have so much shrinkage it's so short they are sticking out
Why did you switch from micro locs?

Wrap yo hair up sis! 😂
I’m lazy😅😅
@@LondonParis I only wrap mine up for SURE when my retwist is new but when it’s not retwisted I don’t be caring as much 🥴
@@loulocd333 sounds like my move😂
Did they shrink any with 4c hair ?
I actually didn’t get much shrinkage. I’ll be making a update video soon
