Carly is absolutely awesome beautiful that voice! All her songs are so amazing
This is my favorite from Carly. "These ARE the Good Old Days". I've kept that sentiment in my heart for over fifty years now.

Nobody Does It Better is wonderful. And anything she sang/wrote with ex-husband, James Taylor - who is another great artist.
I remember listening to this as a child in the seventies, and thinking that there would never be days like this. Now I’m almost sixty, and realize that this was in fact true. ❤

You're So Vain is her hugest hit. I would have said biggest, but hugest is what it was. It's been a decades long mystery as about whom the song is about. There was a $Million contest a few years ago to reveal the subject of the song, but the winner had to keep it a secret after being told!
Carly Simon had so many great hits in the 70's such as "You're So Vain", "Haven't Got Time For The Pain", "That's The Way I've Always Heard It Should Be", "Attitude Dancing", "Coming Around Again", "Nobody Does It Better" (from the 1977 James Bond film The Spy Who Loved Me), "Jesse", "Legend In Your Own Time", "The Right Thing To Do", "(We Have) No Secrets" etc. She was married at one time to James Taylor & they did a few duets together "Mockingbird" & "Devoted To You".
When I sa No Secrets, I thought about that album. My favorite song was ... Embrace Me, You Child. I cried as a child, and I cried moments ago. Thanks

Love all of Carly Simon's hits. Here Dad was the Simon of Simon and Shuster book publishing. She started out with her sister as a singing duo. Sadly, she lost her sister in OCT 2022.
Haven't heard this song in years, it reminds me of High School, this song was the theme of my Senior Ball! Great song.
