A bit late but I control the floss with my thumbs and hold the rest between my fingers. I make a big smile, put one thumb into my mouth and one between my cheek and teeth. It's hard to explain 😂 just try different methods and what works for you

@@skinguru241I’m pretty sure they mean their teeth are crowded and it’s hard to get it between the teeth in the first place and when they do get it through it goes straight into the gums with a bit too much force it happens to me too and I’ve learned to just deal with it and know which teeth are the problem causers
@@rebacathek-popfan7950 I actually found a solution :D There's special floss, that slides easier. 7So I guess it was mainly because it was too rough since it was hard to slide. But with the new floss it gets between the teeth a lot better, so there was almost no bleeding right away and then I can also floss regularly now, since it's not so frustrating and there's no bleeding at all now.
I would expect you to atleast know... you need to be going under the gums with the floss. Otherwise you can use listerine which is proven to be as effective at preventing cavities in contact points between teeth and under the gums.

There are. They may be narrow but there are gaps. You need to get a deep cleaning if you don't have gaps as that can mean calculus buildup which prevents you from cleaning them (by brushing and flossing) properly

Bruh, the floss just gets caught inbetween my teeth & makes my gums feel inflammated when the floss strikes my gums after coming unstuck.
Hold both ends and pull it downwards instead of pulling it in a drag fashion which causes friction with the gum
