6:11 Not sure why you said the ostrich’s were mostly basic. :( They have some diverse “hidden” villager species cleverly thrown in there. They have ones like Flora, a flamingo, and Julia, a peacock. They still call them ostriches, but we know they aren’t. I think most of the ostrich’s designs look really good also.

I agree Wolves deserve to be in the top 3 but I see some people see them as overrated similar to the cats as due to not having a single bad design, people say they don't have the charm of the ones that have say one or two. Like the frogs you listed.
I dissagree with the listing of the bulls and alligators. I would have put them lower on the list. And hippos too. Since there's hardly any that I like from that bunch. Plus... Drago actually scares me and I screamed out of fear when I found him. And I guess I kinda agree with the octopi... I don't like octavian And eagles too... Because I don't hate them but, I don't like them so they would be lower, maybe 11th for me same for penguins. I don't like them that much. I mean, most of them I just like...
My two most favourite species are the Dogs and Cats. I have a half-dog half-cat island. For the Cat half I have: Rosie, Lolly, Purrl, Bob, and Kabuki. For the Dog half I have: Shep, Cookie, Bea, Portia, and Cherry. The reason I love these ones more than most is because I both have a great emotional attachment to them and they are arguably the best designed villagers. I used have Bones and Biskit after him on my island, which I really loved them, but I wanted Portia so much I couldn't help myself, but use her amiibo and kick him out so I could get Portia back. I kinda regret doing that, but I wanted to see her beautiful face again, and I also wanted to see how she has a conversation with Purrl.
I would've put ducks at the top. I love the whole of the duck species more than just love myself. Also my favorite villager type is the lazy villagers and the duck species has a few of them so
I find it funny that the majority of Ostriches aren't actually real Ostriches. I guess calling them the long neck bird villagers wasn't very catchy so Ostrich took the title.
To be completely honest I think that bulls if anything are a species with no good animals not cows. Cows at least have one or two but bulls seemingly only have one or none. (depending on your opinion) but that's my personal thoughts.

Sprocket is my 2nd favorite because he’s just like perfect to me, the reason why he’s my second is because he is outclassed by the cutest villager I have ever seen
The hamsters are all pretty good other then the slight flaws of Graham Hamphery and Rodney who are all still OK but its nice to see someone who doesn't just talk about Apple and Flurry

Dude, Clay is TOO underrated. (in my opinion) he's one of the best. Don't hate me, I can't afford a switch or switch lite so I actually haven't played new horizons, so I haven't seen the new villagers. The only animal crossing games I've played are pocket camp and new leaf, and, I wouldn't really count pocket camp. So, Clay being my favorite is just going off off new leaf. Becky as well.
Not even lying but I have marshal and a mouse called bree (she perfect in everyway). I like creating drama and i swear marshal and bree like eachother...just based of interactions and me watching bree follow him like a flippin stalker. Also gifts and so on..that makes me sound wierd.

Wolves are boring, they aren't horrible, they aren't spectacular. Similar to the kangaroos they are just so boring.
