I'd definitely say it's a head gasket, but on the bright side, better its oil in the water than water in the oil! I hope your theory is wrong for the block's sake! Good luck JB, hope it's just a gasket!🙏👍

I agree with Tony! If the radiator has tranny lines going into it, then there's your problem, plus a while back you were saying that the transfer case or tranny was losing fluid, but you couldn't find a Leak, well maybe you found it? If there is no water in the oil pan, then the engine is not the source. Besides, when you shut the engine off,, no more oil psi, but the water still has psi. Just my thoughts!

looks like your drain pan has a leak, as well

🤔🤔🤔!!???. Oil in water coolant system VS water in oil/oil pan system???🤔🤔🤔..???
A reverse Head Gasket gone bad??...?
??? Is there water coolant getting into oil pan???? Either way, blowed haed gasket??? On the coolant system or the oiling system.
Cleaning coolant system is a start, as long as water is not getting into oil pan.
Just saying, okay?. For I watched you build that Engine.

Does it have an oil cooler in the radiator? More than once I've seen those damn things fail and get the results you're getting. Food for thought...

The Transmission oil cooler built into the radiator died is leaking most Likely J.B.

Sounds like a solid idea. I would pull the heads just to verify it's not a head gasket. I'd hate to spend the money at a machine shop without verifying that's the issue.🤷🏼‍♀️

We will take it down. But I think it’s what I said👍👍

3.4v6........ TIME! Like me lol thats what im currently starting to build .
I'd say it sounds like a bad intake Gasket issue. i know alot people when they see this think headgasket right off bat or something like that but not many know that 2.8s when the timing cover gaskets fail or intake gaskets fail you will get Oil and Coolant Mix just like this and it makes you think Headgasket Failure but if it ain't smoking then it's not headgasket . it's just a crappy intake gasket letting oil in coolant because oil pressure is so high on your's and the gaskets on these engines aren't the best either .

Remember I had this same....... problem with the engine in my truck now with oil and coolant mix but.... it was the opposite way of failure it was mixing in the Oil&Coolant together but yours is just oil in your coolant
