Hot buttery well seasoned eggy variably sized burgers with cheese and other toppings on toasted buns are my favorite. Remember not to overflip them, and let them rest before eating.
I on the other hand may do it next Sunday. This video put me in mind of making some burgers. But then again, I cook for fun (and, given that my current job has ground to a standstill due to Coronavirus, I might start making food to sell), so I will also make the buns and all the extra GR effort (no, I'm not crazy enough to make Heston Blumenthal burghers, just his other recipes :P)

At home i was always a store bought patty guy... Gordon changed my ways, I now make all my own fresh ground, adding seasoning as I mix the cuts. NEVER have my burgers been better.
Previous month I was able to pull my first five figure check ever!!! I've been working for this provider on the net for twenty four months now and I never been happier... They are paying me $95 per hour, and the best thing regarding it is the fact I am not that tech-savvy, they only asked for basic awareness of internet and key typing skill...Great thing about this gig is that I have more time with my family. I am in a position to spend quality time with my friends and family and take care of my children and also going on holiday with them very frequently. Don't ignore this opportunity and make sure to respond quick. Here’s what I do *grab26.com*
Man watch Gordon for a few days, 1 week later, you:what would you like me to cook, your friend:I want a burger,10 seconds later, your friend:really juicy, nice melted cheese and very nice you’ve toasted the buns

It's really very good to see you cooking every time..... when you talk I feel like you try to give a rap track with music while explaining.....it's nice👌
you can tell gordon loves this kitchen because this kitchen doesn't have a microwave at all and we all know about gordon's personal hate for microwaves
He's the best world class chef ever. I'd love to have him give my food a try for a country kid, I think he'd like 2/3 at least on the meals. As long as he truly likes simple things. Haha no lie, I hardly can keep up with him, but try, and my parents say yes, but I'd love to see how he cooks in person if he ever had the time
I make my own kimchi, goes great as toppings for a burger and i often use a buttery pretzel bun toasted on the juices left on the grill/pan. But definitely when making the patty use coarse salt, let that get encased in the caramelization of the patty!
To the 1% who actually reads, i know life can be tough.. but if you have the right mindset, you can definitely overcome those obstacles(= love from a mini artist youtuber👍 have a relaxing day and watch Gordon Ramday's videos
Chef, can you do a video on everything we need to know about lobster? In Masterchef you always have so many great tips about killing them, stock and cooking them.
The garlic powder works great, also a little onion powder mixed in with your salt and pepper on top, flip and serve seasoned side down. mmmm. Great tips.
I have been grilling multiple burgers these past few weeks during quarantine and suddenly Gordon uploads a video about grilling burgers... if this isn’t a sign from God that I should watch this, I don’t know what is.
As a wife of a meatcutter, aka butcher, and also a son who followed in Dad's footsteps (with military service and a BS degree)... Take our advice: If you want great tasting meat for a burger ask your grocer's meat department for hamburger THEY make from their meat trimmings, instead of what they get from the meat processing plants (which tend to fall apart on the grill because its grounded fine and has added sodium water)... Sometimes it's called "Market Ground." Calling a day ahead will ensure you get what is important to your needs, ie., leaner or tastier (chuck is best).

Freezing and then grating the butter to mix into the hamburger sounds like a great idea. I know GR has his preferred mix of beef cuts and fat that is then ground for these burgers. He might be missing a marketing opportunity to sell packaged hamburger made from this ratio as his own brand in grocery stores. I would buy it.
I follow Chef Ramsay's advice...BUT! I gently mix in a 1/2 tsp of minced shallots, 1/2 tsp of ketshup, dash of garlic granules and parsley per burger...OH MY! Turns out soooo delicious!
I’ve never thought of freezing, grating butter into a burger.... that is genius! Thanks GR!
Its funny i did this when i was like 9 or 10 😂 i thought it was easier then just putting it in the pan and bake the burger in it
theyre like meat biscuits :P
It's to put the fat back IN the meat... Taking fat out for health reasons mean NO FLAVOR.
