I love that you were talking about how much it cost because Raye talked about that. It cost her a lot of money to do the shows. She said she got almost broke making these shows. she’s an artist so anything to make her art come alive and be the best it can be especially after waiting so many years to do what she wanted to and was meant to do is probably worth it to her.
Love Raye! This was a spectacular concert and she released the whole thing as a live album. Would love to see you react to something from The Warning. Their music video 'Six Feet Deep' is super fun, I think you'd enjoy breaking it down.
Hi Dalton, I'm totally a music guy and visuals are secondary to me, still I enjoy watching your reactions to RAYE, your professional perspective and focus on visuals bring a new angle to my appreciation of Raye and what she's doing on so many levels, in terms of vocals, arrangements, songwriting, performance and, yes visuals... So I'm primarily watching her live performances, because they are full of musical surprises, changing arrangements, new interpretations, switching genres, audience interaction, whereas a video, or a studio recording, once they're done, stay like that for eternity and I usually don't watch or listen to them more than a couple of times... Anyway, also her studio recordings are top notch musical artistry, so I enjoy reactions to those as well, and her videos are quite creative, and I'd surely come to watch if you were to share more of your insights on her videos... So the next one for you to analyze would be her newest MV "Genesis" - that song is a magnum opus of seven minutes in three parts (all three contained in the MV), and the MV is extraordinary as well, you will have a lot to talk about... and you could add a bonus: For part iii she released a separate shorter video of the live recording session of that bit, so you'll get to see how the music you heard in part iii of the MV was actually recorded and could comment on the filming of that live session. This way you can combine commenting on a video production as well as on a live shot in one video build about one song... Can't wait for that! Peace and love from BavaRAYEa!
The people doing this would be some of the best in the business so it's no surprise that the quality is what it is tbh.

It’s supposed to sound like a movie soundtrack at the start to reference the title of the song ‘Oscar Winning Tears’. The clue was in the name 🤷🏻♂️
I knew this was good, but now it's good to know why. Thanks Dalton.
Thanks for watching !
Royal Albert Hall, Raye, London Philharmonic, London, BBC….never beaten!
It's the Heritage Orchestra, not the Philharmonic.
no way you paused at the long note that was beyond jarring lol 😭
I’m sorry 😂😂😂 I’m locked in on the visuals

More RAYE pls. 😍
youd like her video for the song escapism, really good chaotic production
I started to react to it but it was a bit graphic and profane for what I like to share with my audience. It was a well done video though!
