I just want to know where to even locate this file? I tried a command in powershell but not sure which file im looking for. would it be inside a zip file?

You can get it using an SPI Programmer (the cheapest one is CH341A). Sometimes you can just use a software to backup your BIOS (if you have access to windows) and that can be useful in some cases.
