I see this and would have to ask:
How would something like this work if you cannot boot into the bios/UEFI in order to flash it?
I have a dell latitude 5400 with the -8FC8 bios lock and bios-pw did not work.
Do you guys have another solution or are the only solutions are to either remove and flash the chips, pay someone else to flash the chips, or to add the computers to the E-waste pile?
This method is only for laptop technician...u need to take bios chip out and then copy bios with programmer then follow this on another pc

@@anztechnology I see. Thanks for the answer, do you know if I just remove the CMOS battery for a few minutes it will reset my bios settings to the default and this way I could bypass my bios password?
In some old laptop models u can break bios password doing this.
