Great info! Can I add a couple of points wearing my recruiter hat?
    1. Along with the positive action verbs, I would list points as "accomplishments." I'd much rather see numbers and read what sort of impacts you've had in your role. If you aren't able to substantiate those numbers, estimates are ok. If no numbers, positive action verbs work. For example... "managed a team of 20 engineers and regularly delivered projects 10% earlier than deadlines" is more impressive than "managed a team of engineers and delivered projects before deadlines."
    2. Though an address isn't required, many recruiters will consider where the employee lives in relation to the work site. This helps a recruiter determine whether or not or.. "if" a relocation will be necessary. Though contingent on the role, how accessible the employee may not be can determine whether someone is called in for an interview... fair/unfair, just a reality.
    Again - great points!
Bonus points - it actually annoys most recruiters and HR professionals to see candidates apply to multiple roles within the same company. Especially if their CV's do not demonstrate the basic requirements. It can actually hurt the candidate. In other words - don't mass apply to jobs just because you want to work for a particular company.

Thank you for sharing your insight. I've got a question about the tip 4. If I need to capture the key words from JD, do I need to change my CV for every different jobs??

Hi Jungeun, thanks for your question. Yes you should tailor your CV for each job application. If you have decided which job is your no.1 choice e.g. junior accountant then you have applications which require the same transferable skills. This makes it easier to tailor your CV. Any application that you are not personalising and showing that you really want the job, is not worth going for.
Hope that helps, feel free to send us an email directly if there is something else specific.
