My grandfather always carried a Case, so there is that nostalgia for me. I really like the combination of a clip point and a spay blade. Between the two of them, there isn't much you can't take care of.
I love Case knives, but you said it, going from the Case to the GEC you double your money and see improvement. However going from a Rough Rider to a Case you more than quadruple your money only to see the same amount of improvement. Dollars and sense.
My son gave me a Case Tribal Lock with mint green jigged bone for fathers day. Gorgeous knife !
I love it. The mini copperlock is my edc knife. It’s so minimal that I forget that it’s in my pocket.
Great review. You always have great reviews for knives. I've EDC many different slip-joints since 1973. Today, it's a Trapper IMP13L. Always love the multi-blade pocket knives. Ty.
iv had ALOT of case knives. love em .. hard to beat . love the older ones the best in CV steel. IMHO THE VERY BEST.
Perfect timing. Ive been getting into traditional pocket knives lately.
Slipjoints all the way 👌
Love my seahorse.
A Case yellow cv is all I carry growing up the only knives I had exposure to was slip joints or Buck knives I have tried modern pocket knives but for me it is not as good as my trapper to me the CV trapper is the best pocket knife ever made. Great video
So funny that these are often overlooked in EDC kits or general carry... for so long slip joints were the go to edc... probably only been overtaken by “modern” folders in the last 15-20 years probably
Case is the best
Good vid as always!
Hey my friend! Awesome video! Gotta love Case! Thanks so much for sharing !
Stay blessed!
I’m so weirdly excited that we own the same blue mini copperhead and over half of the same knives patterns you are showcasing. Sorry no homo. And sorry if offended by no homo.
Very entertaining, thanks. I'm missing your cool, guy stuff videos. Take care.
Awesome folder review video!!👍😎👍
Great post ! Thanks for sharing. 😁
most of the men in my family have carried traditional knives their entire lives. They get the job done, don't offend the sheeple, and develop character through years of use.
nice video, and good presentation, bravo
Hard to beat a stockman for edc
Nice video
I have my eyes on a case tribal lock. Have you looked at Böker Manufaktur Solingen knives yet? $$$
The sow belly is that Stockman?
Yes, it's just a fat stockman
That Harvest Orange Solbelly is Rare .....I have been trying to find that one.....
Make me an offer. TheLateBoyScout@gmail.com
What size was the stockman in the video?
@David Tucker thanks man, I appreciate it
Just get a GEC, they don’t cost too much, and have 1095 steel, much better than Case’s Stainless or Carbon blades.
Gec steel is not better the fit and finish yes it's a bit better. But presidents and astronauts carried and still carry case knives, I don't hear gec getting that much attention.
Gec runs case over now a days. Case's quality control is brutal now. I wouldn't even buy one now cause i would probably want to send it back...and I'm not picky. . But real loose blades 50% of th time?... naaaaah
@David Tucker grab up 6 stockmans then and good luck, brother
You must not do much work for a living. Most working folks use that sheepsfoot 80% of the time, give or take.
Noice
For $15 you go buy a Full blown whittling knife and they have special blades you can scoop out a spoon in no time
It's not pronounced titty-out. Fyi
Slipjoints are carried because dipshits freak out when you pull out a sizeable pocket knife and piss you off so much.
