I, being the thoughtful person that I am, wholeheartedly volunteer to become your honorary niece for your jewelry’s sake. 😂 You really wouldn’t want to pass those beautiful and inspiring pieces on to someone who wouldn’t fully appreciate them! Thank you for sharing your vast knowledge and love of all things antique and collectible.
How much fun. I love jewelry. I'll get it to resale and end up keeping most of it. Thanks for educating us on identifying pieces by settings and styles.
Dr Lori, you talk about being the youngest and not receiving an treasures. Here's my story, Mom nor any family had much to pass down. However, when my grandmother pasted, everyone except me got something of significant value or sentiment. Mom distributed her jewelry a few yrs back. I'm her only daughter. Mom skipped me for all valuable pieces giving them to my daughter. Her other granddaughters and great granddaughters didn't receive much of anything, if anything, either! That was the appreciation I got for putting my life on hold for months and yrs at a time to care for her during her many surgeries and recoveries gone wrong. 😮
I didn't even get my nursing pins I bought myself. My mother took them and gave them to a sister that didn't earn them after I took care of her for 12 years. Our treasures are not on earth.
Hey Dr. Lori, thanks for yet another awesome video full of knowledge. I'm learning so much! BTW, hey girl, saw you on Netflix woop woop!! It was so funny, I'm sitting there with my sister and when I see you come up I said to her, OMG I know her, that's Dr. Lori!!! And she's like, what's your doctor doing on a Netflix show evaluating beanie babies, LOL, I nearly died laughing!! Anyway, thanks again and keep 'em coming please!!! 😊👍

BRILLIANT WOMEN! 💖
Do you every get to appraise or see Choctaw Native Jewelry?
Do you have this jewelry?
@DrLoriV No, I do not. We are part Choctaw. I don't know much about their jewelry vs Navajo. Sorry, took a while. I normally use PastorIhaza channel.
Do you appraise things like old money, old guns and swords? If so how can I make an appointment with you?
Yes, see my website at www.DrLoriV.com for options.
Hey I had a pair of moon boots! 😅😮😊
I count carbs, works for me as long as 55 a day max!
Go blue!
