Actually the place you stayed not really called a kampung, it is a bungalow house residential which is properly built by the developer and it's located in rural area. In kampung you can see timber house with traditional design, but it become rare to see people stay in timber house now since young generation tend to move to town area and buy house there. As for kampung house, they also have land behind their house for agricultural activities planted with oil palm, paddy field, orchard etc.

Allah is so good, durian season always come with mangosteen season to give balance to ur body when u eat it together .... also dont take durian with any medicines .... it's can be dangerous to ur health .... please take a note 😂😂

Assalam brother ma n sis viona. I'm from johor the only state in Malaysia that has west n east coastline. The melaka straits indeed a very good place to watch the sunset. But the water is murky because it is a busiest traffic with ships. So I prefer to the east coastline to watch the sunrise n the water is amazingly clear blue. So I always plan for short vacation on weekend to east johor or pahang. Sometimes to terengganu or kelantan. You should visit the islands there like tioman island.. kapas island... redang island..perhentian island to enjoy the sandy beaches n clear water of south China sea. Or just to hop island at mersing county coastline. It is very enjoyable moment I can assure you. Anyway enjoy your stay with nanai n yeye. Perhaps they can bring you to real traditional kampung where the vibes is a bit different.

9:28 The state you were in is Selangor, and the Chinese name is 雪兰莪州,简称为“雪州”, 而不是“雪”州(snow).
So you should not take the literal meaning and translate it to English, it doesn't work that way for places in Malaysia, Singapore etc.
Hope you learn because I realised that you have misunderstood the meaning of the names of places quite a few times already due to direct translation from Chinese to English.

I'm sorry but what he is talking about.. even Chinese didn't even recognise it is from china & even indian from india too . Maybe you are in the west coast of Malaysia, most of you are jawa & bugis blood. But I'm from east coast Malaysia,i can see many food are from Malaysia & authentically malay. When i entered university, its shocking that they think they are mixed blood & keep asking me what mix of blood i am. As an east-coast malay, it is weird to heard that for the first time, because my great-great grandmother still live at that time & we all are PURE 100% malay, i didn't know thats the case for west-coast Malaysia until they themselves said it. Till now they are many PURE malay in east-coast Malaysia (kelantan & Terengganu). There are many malay dishes & foods , not just like west-coast Malaysian that had to claimed their foods from china & indian. There are many traditional kuih in east-coast Malaysia, the real taste of Malaysia. Malay foods such nasi kerabu, nasi dagang, keset/gulai keset, singgeng daging, akod, keropok losong, kerepok lekor, lakso, lakse, & more than 39 different types of kuih are malay sweets (kuih) & foods I think this couple are Jawa, so they didn't know much about malay foods

Ok this is a pretty long write but before your video becomes misleading, we'd better learn the truth and spreading the truth is WAJIB/COMPULSORY.
    This is not kampung. Because...
Once upon a time...before the British left our country for good, those immigrants they brought from India and China were given massive sizes of land.
And Selangor, especially in the Kuala Langat area, was once a kampung with lots of forest but after the agreement to grant a massive land to the immigrants brought by the British, now, it has become an INDUSTRIAL ZONE!
All the hills, the jungle/forest or the natural aspect of kampung, had been cleared!
Producing palm oil is the main industry there.
This is what we called a small town Pekan but most of KUALA LANGAT AND SEPANG area has been upgraded to BANDAR/CITY.
Even the river there, is sacrificed for the sand mining industry.
Nothing here is kampung anymore. But yes, a long time ago, it was once a kampung; with an abundance of freshwater aquatic species in their river there, but now, after the big industrial revolution, the river has gotten pretty polluted.
And one more thing, about the statement from your host, is not true. We still have our own traditional food. What you're eating is actually a commercial type of malay dish where you can easily find them on the street. Our traditional Malay food can be found in a real original kampung.
So, please change the title of your post because it's misleading. It was once a kampung, before the industrial era. Similarly if you go to Pahang, Kuantan is already a kampung turned into an industrial zone, which will turn to real suburban once the industrialization is done.
Most original kampungs are very far away from the sea. Previously, people built their residence in areas nearing the mountainous outbacks. Freshwater fish, rare plants, untouched jungle/forest, pure golden level of fresh air etc, is the trademark of a real original kampung. There, you will find REAL AUTHENTIC MALAY FOOD, NOT MALAY COMMERCIAL FOOD!
Hope you will change your CAPTION into :
    - We went to an INDUSTRIAL ZONE that was once a kampung.
    - Visiting family at an Industrial Zone which was once a kampung.
But please, this is not kampung anymore, everything there cost you money.
A real kampung, even the vegetation there is free for us to consume either as food or medicinals purpose. Because living in the real original kampung, not everything costs you a money.
At the place you visited, you need to pay to find a good spot to fish some leftover freshwater aquatic species that can survive the pollution. Usually that is done by either renting a boat or bottom fishing at their area. Everything there is money!
You might find that in Kuala Lumpur, some places retain their names (e.g: Kampung Baru or Kampung Pandan) albeit having gone through the rapid development of the area. Other places like Kampung Dato' Harun in Petaling Jaya are originally squatter villages illegally set up during the colonial era.
So please, change your Caption or your title like a few of the suggestions given to you here.
Thanking for the hospitality shown by our brother here in this video, but some vital information given is purely misleading. Hope you can change your caption and also add some subtitles informing your audiences that we have our own Malay Traditional Food which are purely made using our own herbs.
    Thank you.😊
