It was a bit of a mad rush to get everything done, but I'm happy you like it. I was mostly making it up on the spot and trying to cover as many movie genres as possible that I could and tried to make it look good. It was so much fun to make, my inner child is happy, hopefully it made other people's inner child happy too.

You could use anadious dlc unlocker its what i use, and no im not a bot im just suggesting a free software that isnt a virus, theresa tutorial on youtube on how to install it (it gives you al the dlcs)

That said, minor misunderstanding! You might have noticed that a few wall and ceiling textures glitched; my computer was dying. The build lost 3 mannequins in the upload or downloading process: a fake pink princess in the DECOY tower and then a happy former princess and her witch down in the hut where they live together. (I also lost mailbox *crie*) The tower was built as a ruse via eldritch bargain, so they also use it as a trap to lure the meanest knights down to the dungeon where the eldritch beastie can have them as recompense. Regardless I still cant believe it. I'm so happeeeeeee🎉😺💜
All these builds were so great, but the second one reminded me of a book (novella) I recently read. It's called Princess Floralinda and the Forty-Flight Tower, written by Tamsyn Muir. It's about a princess who is kidnapped by a witch and locked in a tower that's forty levels high, and on each level there is a monster (or a mob of monsters) that potential rescuers have to fight. Except after several princes died on the first level, they all give up. So Floralinda starts fighting her way down. Its kind of DnD vibes (especially since "princess" and "witch" feel almost like a race or a class) and it's very funny (though it has some dark moments). It's a pretty short read, so honestly if you like DnD maybe give it a shot :)

I am in deep awe with the movie set house. For the amount of stuff inside it still looks needly organised and I'm all for that. And the different themes are just amazing! It gives all these different packs and expansions EA made for us so much reason to be there in that building. As if the kids indoor playground wasn't enough, the western bar was such a great addon as well.
The movie one was my favorite! Not to say the others weren’t absolutely STUNNING and creative af too! I spot clever use of TOOL. I also never thought to decorate my ceilings with more than lights and ceiling patterns. That’s so awesome! Also that “Horse Grl Country Mansion” in the gallery gives me Horse Girl Barbie vibes. I love it 💕

Another question is, though, how my Sims would be able to pay bills for such a house. Well, there's always Motherlode cheat, I guess 😁

They can afford anything they want with free real estate. Also, I had a rags to riches sim who now has billions of dollars. He can afford that easily and he can afford the bills each week

11:00 this basement reminds me of the ideal witch basement I built with a scrying pond water feature and a raised platform for the cauldron, and I had such a hard time uploading it for future uses because when I uploaded the room it split the main area and staircase, the pond, and the cauldron platform apart, so I had to upload it in three parts like a jigsaw puzzle or upload the basement with a bland shed above it as a full lot, which hampered my plans to use it in a fully built witch house later on. But I used the same staircase swatch, the same wallpaper, the same flooring, the same chest tucked under the stairs, perhaps this builder took one of my unfinished basement puzzle pieces and built on it to make this very different witch’s basement 🧐☺️
I recently built a multi generational farm, that took 4 motherlode cheat codes to create. The idea was to make a farm that had as many animals and crops as possible inspired by the real lords and ladies in The Witcher.
The Nectar in my Sims Cellar is over 15.000.000 Simoleans. I have to use a cheat to be this rich ;) I have 196 Deathflower Plants in my Garden now and get richer every Day.
I play the Langraabs who are suppose to be millionaires. It's been a few generations since Geoffrey and Nancy and my Langraabs have almost two million simoleons

Hi, that was my build. It was actually supposed to be the servants/students living area, that's why there was a separate kitchen. But yes, I gave both rooms a pride flag. The implication was supposed to be that the sorceress is taking some young LGBT+ people as her apprentices. I wasn't able to finish the whole build and include all the storytelling details I wanted it to have, that is why the last room is out of place. You didn't miss any other flags, at least in that build.
The ballerina statue with the wand in the first build? Okay, I feel bad for thinking that the wand looked like a big ol' cigar... lol... since it's kind of a child statue... lololol
So I'm still on the first build, but does anyone else think that people who make this kind of stuff deserve a chance to become interior designers or architects?
I'm 2/3 finished with my current builds and I costs 2mil 200k ???? I didn't know that was possible and it might explain why I can't close down my game normally and have to close it down in the task manager every time😅 at least saving work

Since they gotta manage the eldritch monster, my bet is that’s where the harvest knight parts to satisfy it
