0:05 I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: this panel brought me to tears. The Beast of Darkness is ready to take over. And to anyone thinking that it’s going to be badass, you haven’t been paying attention ! Guts going berserk is NOT GOOD.
People who just want to see Guts completely lose it and go fully Berserk haven't been appreciating the entire point of the last two arcs. Guts is so tired, he doesn't want to be the Black Swordsman we saw in Lost Children anymore and even that, however badass it was to see, was presented as a VERY BAD THING for Guts and nearly pushed him into becoming an absolute monster. He's tired, physically weaker than ever before and mentally completely broken. The Beast taking over is not Guts using his rage to pull himself back from despair, its Guts completely losing his mind and succumbing to the darkness in his mind to escape from the despair, which is why the Beast is back, it knows Guts is mentally weak enough for him to fully embrace his wrath to not feel this crushing despair anymore. I for one do not at all want to see him like that, we need the new family he has cultivated to save him from the worst aspects of himself and lift him back up from the pits of his own mind, even if he doesn't believe in himself they still believe in him, and he needs them now more than he ever has.
I think it is a pity that there isn't 1997 anime anymore . I didn't read a much of manga . The manga can maybe describe emotions better. Good video i am going to think about next chapter.
Hey dude, i have a couple questions. I recently got into berserk, and finally manages to catch up after a couple of days. So the first question is did miura ever write down the entire story line before he died or is the continuation just how the friend imagined miura wanted it to end? My second question is why do you think griffith took casca again? Is it just to mess with gutts or is there other reasonings? Like he acknowledges casca as her mother now or some sort of plan revolving around her? Love your vids on explaining why griffith did casca btw thanks
i think his friend knows how the story will go but most likely he is missing a lot of information and about why griffith took casca imma make a video on that but the short answer is probably because of the relationship between the moonlight boy and stuff like that..who knows
dont mind the voice im a little bit sick
Me too
no it's fine
In the heroes journey, guts is in the abyss now. The eclipse was the threshold. This is the climax of the series! Endgame now

Let's destroy Griffith
beatifully said
Oh shit. I didn’t even notice puck disappearing too on the island. Puck kept our boy Guts stable, and in check during many battles.
