It's not a bad place, but 50k a year is overpriced for the finish of the place. I would change my opinion if you showed just how close to the beach the villa is. I'm still looking.
It’s a 5 min walk to baht bus. Then 5 mins in either direction to Jomtien and pattaya beaches 👍

Nice video COOP!! LOVE IT!! I can see the girls swimming now! Love the villa and picnic area to hang out with a swarm of girls! I would need to hire a sexy pool girl in a bikini and a sexy house maid to take care of me but still affordable all in!
