    Few advices for you from an experienced hotelier 1) Book always from website of these hotels where you automatically hold more power to hit them hard if such incidents takes place 2) Before a day of your arrival always notify the hotel reception via mail that you are arriving so and so date and mention booking number this is treated as easential record by which such brands will never play around with your exoectations. 3) Even though you face problems avoid talking to reception or front desk force them for "Duty Manager" they are responsible for guest's satisfaction. ❤

      I used to work in hotel industry that too in F/O as DM so I Can say yes always connect with DM directly for all such concern

    I can understand that u must hve been so very disappointed by such an experience in a "5 ⭐ " property. Its so unclean and appliances r not working. I can imagine ur disappointment. The safe is not too "safe" 😂😂😂😂😂. Jet spray was another level altogether 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂. On a serious note, I hope people who watch ur videos r cautious and remember a few points b4 booking anywhere.

      That is my only objective...as Lincoln said..you can fool some people all the time ,but not all the people all the time..they need to wake up and smell the coffee...
