I have been in pune since 2006...due to husband's transferable job. Since then we have settled here. Language was never a problem. This place is well connected with train and air, good schools and colleges. Aadi will never face Language as a barrier.

Bohat sahi decision liya ap logo ne. Although mai khud Delhi-NCR se hu aur kabhi pune ni gaya. But I've heard only gud things about pune. Delhi-NCR is like a living hell. Not just pollution yaha log b ache nahi hai. Crime rate bohat jyada hai. Especially not at all safe for women. Marathi people are really gud from what i have heard. Also, Maharashtra is most developed state of India. In terms of GDP also it's ranked no. 1. Overall u took right decision. 👍

Pune is a historical city. It's known as the Oxford of the east. Also an IT hub. It's a cosmopolitan city. The climate is pleasant - summer, rains and winter.
Earlier and even now, it is the choice of senior citizens to settle after retirement.

I am from Chhattisgarh. I spend 7 yrs of my life in Delhi NCR and shifted to Pune in 2022 and to be honest I loved Pune. This city is perfect mix of Culture and Modernism. Log yaha bahut chill hai. Delhi NCR me maine notice kiya ki vaha her koi bahut oversmart hoke baat karte hai. Upar se Dhool, Extreme garmi and thandi or jab dekho tak crimes, no wonder vaha k log itta gusse me kyu rehte hai. Humble hoke koi baat hi ni karta. Pune me log simple hai, yaha modern log be aram se baat karte hai, overall 2 saal me mujhe bahut achha lgaa, Pune m sabse achhi baat mujhe yaha ki greenery and weather lagaa, bahut achhi jagah hai. Aap logo ne achha decision liya. Ek chiz ki mai garuntee deti hu ki apko gardening ka shauk bahut lag jayega. Paudhe zarur lagaay and apke parivar ko bahut good luck and fortune. ❤

I rarely comment on youtube videos..but I am a long time viewer and this video struck a chord with me. The choices you make in life are so personal. I am sure many people have many opinions, however the consequences of the choices you make affects only you. So do not worry so much about everyone's opinions. Your family has gone through an upheaval most parents can't imagine. It is amazing to see all of you pull through it with so much strength and grace. Adi is nothing short of amazing. Let him speak english/Korean. Let him relax and grow up. Your choices are right for you and him. Best of luck in the new city! I would love to see videos of apartment tour and decorating the apartment.

@@mohanr7274 I never said there was anything wrong with speaking any language. However I find that life can be hard enough when you have to live up to your own expectations. So why saddle someone else with our expectation on how they should bring up their child? If survival requires it or interest dictates it, I am sure anyone is capable of learning a new language. Even without the health issues, Adi is already an amazingly resilient child who adjusted to a new country and life style at a young age. Kudos to parents on a job well done.

Yes, language was never problem here, actually we Marathi's are open to all😊
Its just some politically motivated people try to make news about language compulsion. All Marathi people can easily understand hindi but we can't speak it fluently😅
On starting buisness, I've one suggestion... Since 2016 onwards Hallyu wave has swept away India especially Pune. When I was in college student in Pune back in 2021 there were hundreds of girls in my college who wanted to learn Korean language. I guess currently that demand must be Sky rocketing.. haha
So i feel Kim really need to look into this, opening Korean language classes in Pune is good buisness idea. It's just a suggestion.😅

Best places to live in India, especially when your searching for a healthy peaceful environment. I would love to suggest Northeast part of India. There are lots of good international schools and as well universities are available. Environment is pure and pollution control.

Was there for 2 years during my MBA from 2004-2006. Easily the best city I have ever lived. So green and hip crowd. Actually it was known to be the airconditioned city. During Monsoon, it felt like winter with temperature dipping sharply.

You guys were on point about Adi's education, polluted air, urban facilities, inhabitants, neighbourhood, and general environment in Pune city. I totally agree with you on all points.
Wishing you all the very best 👌
Living in regions like New Delhi and Haryana comes with a heavy price.
The unbothered pollution-friendly urban development in those regions will drag its inhabitants to a short-term life expectancy and thus cause high death rates due to environmental pollution.
