I have been in pune since 2006...due to husband's transferable job. Since then we have settled here. Language was never a problem. This place is well connected with train and air, good schools and colleges. Aadi will never face Language as a barrier.
Did you ever encourage your child to learn Marathi since it’s the local language?
@@ishajoshi2706what's there to learn? When we interact with locals we will automatically learn the language.
@@ishajoshi2706 OH yes...infact they opted for Marathi rather than sanskrit. They are both working professionals now and they understand Marathi very well and can speak.
BUT...like I said not knowing in the beginning they never felt out of place.
❤
You ppl are noob crying on Marathi, it's a very very simple language to learn for hindi speakers,
Pov :- come to Bangalore 😂❤
I'm born and brought up in Pune. Don't worry, you're in the safest city. Descent climate, cool, fresh air, greenary everywhere. Don't let others opinion make you question about Pune. Just feel, trust and enjoy the time in Pune, as the time passes, you'll come to know everything about it's climate, people, food. Enjoy 🌿🍃🤩😍🍂🍁
Thanks! We selected Pune after a lot of thinking.
Bohat sahi decision liya ap logo ne. Although mai khud Delhi-NCR se hu aur kabhi pune ni gaya. But I've heard only gud things about pune. Delhi-NCR is like a living hell. Not just pollution yaha log b ache nahi hai. Crime rate bohat jyada hai. Especially not at all safe for women. Marathi people are really gud from what i have heard. Also, Maharashtra is most developed state of India. In terms of GDP also it's ranked no. 1. Overall u took right decision. 👍
Good to hear that your wife is adjusting everywhere the husband go . She's alway with you. Family is most important. I love your family.
Thanks, but husband is adjusting as we talked in the vlog 😅
As a Bangalorean, I approve your decision to move to Pune.
Bangalore, now also has a severe water shortage because of which we moved to Hyderabad.
"Stay Happy and Health" -Prem & Kim
Thanks!
Being from Himachal … I simply loved Pune for its weather, people, culture, safety, facilities. The weather will be hot for just for two months and then it’s lush green …
Pune is a historical city. It's known as the Oxford of the east. Also an IT hub. It's a cosmopolitan city. The climate is pleasant - summer, rains and winter.
Earlier and even now, it is the choice of senior citizens to settle after retirement.
Aap yha aaye bhot achcha decision liya...pune me bhot sare state ke aur other country ke log rhete he...yaha jada U.P. bihar rajasthan ke to bhot log he
I am from Chhattisgarh. I spend 7 yrs of my life in Delhi NCR and shifted to Pune in 2022 and to be honest I loved Pune. This city is perfect mix of Culture and Modernism. Log yaha bahut chill hai. Delhi NCR me maine notice kiya ki vaha her koi bahut oversmart hoke baat karte hai. Upar se Dhool, Extreme garmi and thandi or jab dekho tak crimes, no wonder vaha k log itta gusse me kyu rehte hai. Humble hoke koi baat hi ni karta. Pune me log simple hai, yaha modern log be aram se baat karte hai, overall 2 saal me mujhe bahut achha lgaa, Pune m sabse achhi baat mujhe yaha ki greenery and weather lagaa, bahut achhi jagah hai. Aap logo ne achha decision liya. Ek chiz ki mai garuntee deti hu ki apko gardening ka shauk bahut lag jayega. Paudhe zarur lagaay and apke parivar ko bahut good luck and fortune. ❤
Thanks for the wishes 🙏
One suggestion.. learn Marathi, even little will help you a lot.. I agree ,hindi and English can get through anywhere in pune..still try to assimilate to local culture..
No need to learn Marathi, this marathi people when goes to other states they can't speak local Lang and try to force others to speak marathi most racist people.
No need to learn Marathi
@@aer.onavel never say that in public 🤦♂️.. respecting local language and culture is must.
also , learning a new language will not do any harm..even a few sentences
I am not saying to do a PhD in Marathi.
@@shailendra9564 yeah i think learning new language is a cool thing, embracing each other language and culture is what our country is about.
@@shailendra9564 so why you marathi not do same in other states and advise others to learn anyhow your language and force them to speak in few days, their are so many incidents. Hindi is good to communicate all over country no need to groot on local language if you are not from that area
Pune is correct decision prem bro 😊👍👍
Jay Maharashtra
Not just Hindi Adi will learn Marathi too.
You might need AC.
Rainy season is no worries auto rickshaw hai so all good.
Jay Maharashtra.
You will fall in love when you experience Pune rains. Mark my words.
I rarely comment on youtube videos..but I am a long time viewer and this video struck a chord with me. The choices you make in life are so personal. I am sure many people have many opinions, however the consequences of the choices you make affects only you. So do not worry so much about everyone's opinions. Your family has gone through an upheaval most parents can't imagine. It is amazing to see all of you pull through it with so much strength and grace. Adi is nothing short of amazing. Let him speak english/Korean. Let him relax and grow up. Your choices are right for you and him. Best of luck in the new city! I would love to see videos of apartment tour and decorating the apartment.
You should comment more… loved reading this!
What's wrong with speaking Marathi or Hindi?
@@mohanr7274 I never said there was anything wrong with speaking any language. However I find that life can be hard enough when you have to live up to your own expectations. So why saddle someone else with our expectation on how they should bring up their child? If survival requires it or interest dictates it, I am sure anyone is capable of learning a new language. Even without the health issues, Adi is already an amazingly resilient child who adjusted to a new country and life style at a young age. Kudos to parents on a job well done.
@kathysmilie4242 Thanks! Will make a vlog on home tour soon and will keep sharing other tips also🙏
@@taml5145thank you ❤

air quality is most important.
Both of U have taken good decision to Shifted in Pune 👍🏻🙏❤️
Pune is the best city
Education, climate, health,people every thing
Actually Pune is not like it was in 2016.
I shifted to Pune in 2016 for job at that time pune used to have heavy rains, less sunny and cold winters. But now it is not same. Still i would say it is better than Delhi
Thanks!
Current came here in 2019 it was very peaceful but now much people and rush around . Still I love being here it's any day better than Delhi
Best indian-korean couple on youtube ....
Es I
I do agree with you😊
And you would have nearer to Rajasthan & NCR.
You could have got every facilities there.
Wish you all the best for a bright future in a new city...
Rainy season is not hard nowadays on pune.. last year there was very little rain in pune .. in 2019 2020 2021 was too much rain
relocating to pune is such a great move! altho i have not been there, i heard so many good things about the city..im sure your family will be happy there :)
i stayed in pune in june and july of last year and had the best weather after mid-june, I am from Delhi by the way. In terms of rain, it doesn't rain too much, just like sprinklers are on. And yes, it can rain at any time, so check the weather app before heading out. Also, I will be returning to Pune in July. Many blessings to adi and both of you. i hope pune treats u well. Pune people are amazing, like they care a lot and are helpful too. Living in Delhi, with its noise and pollution, made me appreciate the warmth of Pune.
Thanks for the love and advice 😊
Don't worry pune people are very sweet and great historical place. If you love this city. This city will definitely give you more than love..
🙏 Overall relocating to Pune is not a bad decision as this city is a blend of mordern amenities, quality education, healthcare facilities and cultural heritage, I have been to Pune many times and love this city for its proximity to nature. Here you will experience good quality of life with a pleasant climate relatively less crowded streets compared to other major cities. May your family settle well in this new city and may all good things happen with happiness and prosperity.
Thanks for the love and beautiful wishes 🙏
Wish you good luck and Aadi always stay healthy.
I agree with you. We have also been living in Hyderabad for last 10 years though we are from Haryana. We can shift to Noida or Gurugram but the weather and pollution is preventing us to go there.
Hyderabad is quite polluted as well
@@mohanr7274 yes, unfortunately...due to lot of construction work..things have changed, but still it's far better than Delhi NCR
One suggestion for Adi n Kim especially plant air purifying plants in your home so it would give u help
Welcome to Pune 🎉 Pune is a good place to live in ❤
🎉very good decision to move to pune .Adi will enjoy in this place.
Bhai, good decision. Even I live overseas with my family and if ever I have to move back, will definitely move to pune. Beautiful city.
Yes, language was never problem here, actually we Marathi's are open to all😊
Its just some politically motivated people try to make news about language compulsion. All Marathi people can easily understand hindi but we can't speak it fluently😅
On starting buisness, I've one suggestion... Since 2016 onwards Hallyu wave has swept away India especially Pune. When I was in college student in Pune back in 2021 there were hundreds of girls in my college who wanted to learn Korean language. I guess currently that demand must be Sky rocketing.. haha
So i feel Kim really need to look into this, opening Korean language classes in Pune is good buisness idea. It's just a suggestion.😅
I'm glad that you guys shifted here in our Pune ♥️
I just shifted to pune suggest me good resource to learn marathi 😊
@@SudhanshuKumartech Keep watching marathi channels to learn marathi.
@hehehahaip Thanks for the love and suggestions 🙏
@@SudhanshuKumartechits easy..just hv conversations with your maharashtrian friends and watch some TV shows which are in marathi..many of my friends learnt like that way..its a way easier if u know hindi.. because the form is devnagari only..hope this helps
Best decision, good wishes always❤❤. I love pune too, always miss that place🫶🏻🫶🏻

You people take a good decision. Our Pune is best city in India.❤
Please start Korean teaching online many it people go to korea. Do not be afraid of rain it is only light drizzle throughout the day . A few days heavy ran. 😊I have been seeing your blogs from Korea. I live in Pune would love to meet you’ll .
Thanks!
I like the way that how nicely Kim jee makes Indian as well as Korean food so neatly and in healthier way.
For air quality you can keep air purifing plants everywhere in home ...like in bedroom beside your bed or in kitchen or wherever adi spends most of the time. At entrance also you can put big big plants.
Thanks for the tips!

As a person hailing from Northeast and living in Pune from a long time, I believe you guys made the right decision. I've also lived in Bangalore but couldn't adjust properly due to the fast paced life there and returned to Pune back in 2019.
Welcome to Pune you guys ❤ hope to run into you someday 😊
Thanks!
Welcome in my home state.pune is best for education.
Hello guys . i am from PUNE , Marathi and maratha , now living in Moscow , russia .

Thanks!
Maharashtra is a great place, and the people are nice and welcoming. If you enjoy water, you'll love the monsoon season. I loved it. There are many places to visit during this season, including many waterfalls. All the best...

Best places to live in India, especially when your searching for a healthy peaceful environment. I would love to suggest Northeast part of India. There are lots of good international schools and as well universities are available. Environment is pure and pollution control.
Welcome to Pune, its a lovely city, I stay in Pune as well as in Mumbai....it will be very good for all of you including Adi...all the best..
Thanks! 🙏
Stay safe God bles ur family
Was there for 2 years during my MBA from 2004-2006. Easily the best city I have ever lived. So green and hip crowd. Actually it was known to be the airconditioned city. During Monsoon, it felt like winter with temperature dipping sharply.
Thanks!
Good decision 43years back we were there that time we used to take umbrellas nd raincoat every time.
Daro mat itna. I am from pune. Thoda hot rahega 25 may tak. You will enjoy rainy season. 🙏
Actually by 3rd week of June monsoon starts so you will have to bear with heat till then.
You will love the rainy season..Visit outskirts area and search about places near Pune like mahabaleshwar .you will love .

Thanks for the love 🥰
There are lots of places to travel in pune and near pune do visit
You guys were on point about Adi's education, polluted air, urban facilities, inhabitants, neighbourhood, and general environment in Pune city. I totally agree with you on all points.
Wishing you all the very best 👌
Living in regions like New Delhi and Haryana comes with a heavy price.
The unbothered pollution-friendly urban development in those regions will drag its inhabitants to a short-term life expectancy and thus cause high death rates due to environmental pollution.
Thanks!
Pune rains aren’t so crazy it’s not heavy but Mumbai it gets really crazy during the rains! Don’t worry Pune is such an awesome place you guys will love it ❤ love to yall and Adi
Thanks!
