Everything is very beautiful. Only flowers, plants and herbs that you will plant in balcony like mint, curry leaves, aloevera, parsley, thyme, coriander, lemon, roses, and other plants.

Holy Basil (Tulasi) plant is very useful in managing coughing, colds even it's 4-5 raw leaves can be given to Aadi, for boosting his general immunity.
Mint plant is another useful in balcony. ALOEVERA GEL is obtained from the plant, for beauty purpose, but it grows big take-up lot of corners in balcony. 😂❤rest upto you 🎉❤🎉
Kim is so elegant and cutte and beautiful she should have been a Kpop Idol and Prem bhaiyya is handsome justice a Bollywood hero but again Kim is cuter hehe ☺🥰🧿

You can grow flowers and herbs in small balcony and can put 2 chairs with a table to enjoy your tea.
you can add indoor plants, a standing mirror if possible, wind charms, cute floor matt, wall decor, Christmas lights in balcony
Nice video. Yours is a great family. The most credit goes to your wife. One should avoid making fun of or making comments on one's wife.

Put plant in balcony like flowe and vegetables and they are good for oxygen
No plant tree 🌴 mango tree, apple 🍎 tree etc 😅😂
First advice... is to keep minimal things.
1) write the alphabet on a piece of paper stick on the switch with a tape...I do this to stop confusion..
2) u can keep a mini sofa on the balcony to enjoy family time or BBQ.
Keep indoor plants.
Carpets are bad...so much dust accumulated and chances of asthma and breathing issues..
Just use vinyl flooring if necessary..and a few wallpapers...

During summer vacation do come to Darjeeling or sikkim . It's budget friendly and aadi n Kim r not used to indian extreme hit summer
Congratulations Prem & Kim on acquiring your new home. Its a big achievement in your lives. May the Almighty grant your Prosperity and Happiness in your Home.
1. Curtains looks heavy. Recommend cotton, linen, Canvas, weaves, Blinds etc
2. Use the large balconies spaces for pot plants/greenery, sit-outs, wall mounted shelves etc ( Have you thought about or future plans of enclosing the balconies by glass or grill etc to prevent rain water, dust and noise pollution ) If you do so What Kim's idea of a tea/coffee sit out would be ideal.
3. The virtual grass is not a good concept in homes. It accumulates dust leading to pollution and will affect health especially respiratory issues for Adi and Kim. Recommend please rethink about it.
Have many more ideas and recommendations, but, will hold on for now for later. Special Admiration for KIM. Take Care and God Bless.

Your home is very spacious....good to see. In summers you can put one earthen pot(matka) filled with filtered water & covered with a wet cotton cloth, you can wet the cloth 2-3 times in a day to keep the water cool.....it's very good for health and also keeping water in an earthen pot (Matka) makes the water alkaline and cooler...you can avoid refrigerated water...it will be good for your health also.

Hello KP....guys very nice & specious home. Every home is special coz of people living in it. My few suggestions would be....
1. Add some indore plants to make it more live and soothing.
2. Huge scope to decore Adi's room. Add some colorful elements as per his wish.
3. Decore your long balcony with some useful plants and little lighting for evening.
4. Keep it simple and according to your liking and taste even after flooded with suggestions😊
5. Make your living/ working room more aesthetic by adding plants, painting or some art work.
Keep it organic...and enjoy your stay.

Keep indoor plants for air purifier and grow green onions, coriander , spinach,tomato etc etc jo maximum cooking mein chahiye and Aaplog sound proof laga sakte hai room pe...phir sound nhi aayegi...ghar bhadiya hai👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🎉🎉🎉🎉

1.Keep home with less stuff.
2. Very imp… pls don’t go outside much during summer season. This yr Pune is on high temperature. I hv never seen temp above 40 degree.
So pls don’t go out unless it’s necessary.

It's good that you chose Pune as place to live, this is a safe, clean, and a city with lots of opportunities. There are numerous places around pune to spend short or long vacations like hill stations, lakes, beaches, and many more. It's a well managed in compared to Delhi and north Indian cities and most of the people prefer to live in flates in societies that is good thing.

Your house is very nice and spacious...only that carpet could have been avoided because in cities its quite dusty and that might cause respiratory or any skin allergy....but if you really want one than make it a point to vacuum it everyday..

It's very good for Adi specially.
You don't need to buy much actually. Keep it minimalistic.
But yes, you can decorate walls of your rooms with portraits..or lights.
Put flowers & useful plants (like Tulsi, Aloe vera, etc), herbs inside or in the balcony.
If you don't have washing machine, buy one too.
Rest things will keep coming as Adi grow up in age & in school .

Balconies will look really nice with plants but make sure the water is completely drained from there. Be careful that rainwater does not accumulate there during monsoons, creating favorable conditions for dengue mosquitoes!!😅

So spacious and nice home💗😍i just have one suggestion you can put sofa (sitting space) for guest in drawing room it will look nice and can buy working table for editing room then it will look more organized and spacious (in India we prefer spacious one more😅💗)
