This clearly tells the picture that now its the time for companies to move to Tier -2 tier -3 Cities for their workspace. As you said 35-40K expenses is not affordable and manageable. Or best option permanent WFH.

It takes our ~60% of monthly budget. And I pay 27k rent is like in normal descent society not like Blue ridge.

Most of the hark working peoples is living in Chakan (as per manufacturing industry) because chakan is affordable in every aspects. And bacholers life in chakan is very cheap because 5 peoples are allowed in 1BHK and rent is around 5-6k. What do you think on it?
