    Ingredients:
    1 Ripe Banana, about 1/2 cup / 113 g
    1 1/2 Cup / 222 g Gluten Free 1 to 1 Flour
    2 tsp Baking Powder
    1/4 tsp Baking Soda
    1/2 tsp Cinnamon
    1/4 tsp Salt
    1 Large Egg
    2 Tbsp / 28 g Maple Syrup
    1 tsp Vanilla
    3 Tbsp / 40 g Oil (or use melted butter)
    1 1/4 - 1 1/2 C Dairy Free Milk (300-360 ml) see note
    3/4 Cup / 90 g Chopped Walnuts
    Note: The amount of milk will depend on how ripe your banana is, what flour brand you use, whether or not you add nuts or other mix-ins. Start with 1 cup and then add a little at a time until the batter is loose enough to easily drip off the spatula.
