Watching this really makes me think of my late uncle. I was like 6 yo in 82. When we visit him at his house he'll pretend to be the Hulk teasing us with his huge physique and always like that. We even call him Hulk and he's among our favorite uncle. He died some 20 years ago. Man...I'm like crying while sharing this.
Hulk (looking like he's thinking): I'm looking at a giant chicken. Seriously, it's scenes like this that really make us love THIS Hulk. Lou Ferrigno IS The Hulk. No ifs, ands, or buts.
Watching The Incredible Hulk back when I was growing up in Chicago in the 70's and 80's was so awesome and exciting. I couldn't wait for Friday night to come so I could enjoy this on CBS. Today when I sit up and watch these old classic episodes of The Incredible Hulk, it makes me laugh and at some points cry because when I watch it, it makes me think about the wonderful childhood I had. Boy how I would always imitate The Incredible Hulk. It also makes me think about my parents who have both been deceased for over twenty years. I could not have asked for a better mother or father. @@TheGreyPillPodcast don't you mean cartoon? The hulk (to my knowledge, at least) has only appeared once in an official anime, and it was possibly one of the weirdest things ever done. It was also kinda cringe, ngl.
You know it's funny that David tries to avoid trouble in order to keep from changing into the Hulk and yet trouble seems to follow him everywhere he goes and what was really funny about this episode was when the Hulk took the baseball bat and hit the ball and seeing said ball disappear over the horizon like that was really funny.
Nicholas Morsovillo-That reminds me of the Munsters episode, Herman The Rookie, where Herman hits a ball that traveled seven blocks away and hit Leo Durocher on the head.
@@shottygod13 I imagine the San Diego Chicken 🐔was thinking the same thing. The way he was looking at the Hulk, you'd think he was looking at Herman Munster. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I always thought it was remarkable how the Hulk instantly knew who was a bad guy and who was a good guy. I realize its in the script but he just seemed to know who to beat up and who to help.
@@TallSilentGuyPrecisely this. This hulk always went straight at whatever David was thinking about. In the case of this video, that was getting that pitcher into the stadium so Hulk smashed anything in the way and literally carried him in. The Hulk should've received an applause when he hit the baseball so hard with the bat it went out of sight. The Hulk could've smiled when he saw the dark-haired bad guy fall down the steps as the beautiful woman who became attracted to the baseball player the Hulk was carrying made the bad guy trip.
I own this entire series on DVD! It came in a really cool 3D outer case; plus it included all 3 made for TV movies; post series. The Death of the Incredible Hulk was not supposed to be the last TV post series movie. Unfortunately and heartbreakingly sad, Bill Bixby's seemingly never ending real life tragedies finally claimed his life too; or else the 4th made for TV movie ironically would've been titled "The resurrection of the Incredible Hulk." I watched this series weekly as a kid. Lou Ferrigno's hulk is why I am still a very muscular 305LB, 57 year old today.
