I did something really stupid, for the past 8 months I restricted myself to 800 calories everyday, and although I have lost over 60 pounds in this time, now it's come to a complete stop, I think from the low calories my metabolism has slowed, I don't know what to do, I tried eating more but I gained weight, any advice on how I can fix my terrible mistake and start losing it again?:(((

I am thankful to stumble upon this. I will surely be trying this....so are alot of vegetables / greens ideal for keto diets? I'm a beginner and I believe me metabolism is out of wack from yoyo diets ad poor eating habits in the past. Yet I curb my eating now, but still struggle to lose weight. If there a limit of how much of these keto meals to eat? As it surely can be overdone I believe. Thank you for sharing this knowledge. And will be starting this immediately

I'm super overweight and I really want to lose it. I'm 66 years old, have congestive heart failure, atrial fibrillation, no cartilage in my knees, 5 ft 5 in height, 330 lbs .
Both of my parents were doctors and my sister is a retired doctor ; my other sister's a retired nurse and I was a medical assistant many moons ago. You'd think from those statistics that I would know what to do!
I've been always trying to get the weight off but haven't figured it out. Oh sure I tried diets of this and that nature, lost weight, but then only gained it back.

i think it depends on the fat source. If it's nuts or avocado, olive oil i think it won't harm
How many months should we go eating all the food to restore the lost metabolism due to over fasting?
How do you know you're "over fasting" and how do you know if/when you have "lost metabolism"?
