I can't imagine a better start for a child than having Luke as a father, incredibly humble. The brotherly duo is insane, absolutely loving the RAW Strongman episodes and the perspective it gives into your training. Always a pleasure to watch.
Luke's been an absolute inspiration. Love watching the progression of strength physically and mentally
Watching luke finding motivation in the form of becoming a dad and smashing out double the reps he's supposed to is one of the simple pleasures in life.
I have a PhD in psychology and have done some mental skills coaching with strongmen. Research suggests that have a positive mindset, with positive self talk, and strong imagery do improve physical performance. Mindfulness meditation works to get deeper into the right mindset quicker.
Loving the series type episodes. Lets us see your workouts, thoughts, advice and so much more, in a series that fits our time slots to be able to watch. Thank you for bringing us in to your world.

Nothing like having a child. And your child will be what they choose to be. But it does help with guidance from parents to steer them in the right direction. With a Dad like you like I’m sure that boy will be on a good path and will excel in life.

Luke, about having the right mindset, you are completely right. In 2019, scientists tested a group of people for a gene mutation that affects aerobic performance... The scientists "lied" to the participants and divided the groups in 2 (do have/don't have the gene) then asked them to perform a physical test. People who had the gene but were told they didn't, performed better than the people who didn't have the gene but were told they did. It's a common thing with sleep trackers, you feel like you rested well but your tracker said you didn't which will completely affect the rest of your day...

Glad you saw “Sound of Freedom”. My wife works for a company that’s in league with Operation Underground Railroad, and her stories are heartbreaking! There are estimated 40mill slaves in the world now. That movie was ignored by the media, but was one of the top earning & highest rated films of 2023. Don’t lose sight of it!

This series is amazing! It’s awesome being able to watch strongman at your level doing what you do best. I hope you guys keep going with the series. There is no one else out there putting out this style of content. Honestly it’s inspiring to watch. Even the mundane things that everyone has to do to stay healthy.

Tom is just a monster man. I think some of his opponents this year are underestimating him big time. When Tom is dialed in and in form it's going to be very hard for anyone to stop him

I always train at home, but recently I saw a guy repping out 60kg dumbbells on the incline bench in a public gym. Range of motion was about the upper half of the movement and got to almost full range at 40kg. This dude was seriously big and seriously trained looking. Like seriously big from the persepctive of a 5ft 9in 75kg guy.
I understood much more clearly that day, even though I love and follow the strongman sport, just how strong someone like Luke, Tom, Hafthor, Brian, etc. really is. People don't get how strong these guys are.
