That stone fall could have been bad. If you make the holes bigger, they should nestle in a little better. You gents are crushing it with these videos, strongman training is so much funner to watch than regular weight lifting or bodybuilding.

Luke i might be incorrect but ! when you use your guild hand grabbing the rope , it looks like when your back of hand faces celling your arm moves allot faster then when you grab it underhand , just a thought

It really worries me the weights and upright racks/poles behind where you're doing the axle press. If you were to faint and fall back on that hit the back of your head, the damage could be serious.
