The story of Final Fantasy XI has ended, and I wanted to do something in honor of the wonderful game. This is a piano transcription of the music for the final battle of the final story "Rhapsodies of Vana'diel". Goodbye Vana'diel, thanks for everything!

The emotion he puts into this piece of music is truly breathtaking. Such a shame this beautiful music won't get the recognition that it deserves due to it being a old game.

In XI's case it's not so much the age as is the fact that it's an online game and the only thing people know about it is that it's online and that it's where Shantotto comes from.
SE could have done a much better job of making people aware of the game and its strong points when it stopped being so unforgiving to the curious. Or could have marketed it as online Dark Souls before Dark Souls, since difficulty is alright when people talk about that game...
