    Got home from work and got to watch the video. I like how you got yours installed, looks clean and it wasn't a ton of work. MSD is a great upgrade for these trucks. Hotter Spark for what I have found to be a smoother idle and a bit more grunt.

    I ran mine under the passenger seat on top of the metal tray, you can hear it a little at idle with no music and the vents off but not too bad. Good idea with the adapter harness, never know if it'll fail and it makes checking easy!

    • @TheMinuteMasters
      @TheMinuteMasters  11 месяцев назад +1

      Hi James, you’ll see the most performance gains at higher RPMs. This box lengthens the duration of the spark at your plug, which, in theory should completely burn your fuel.
      It also charges your ignition coil faster. This is important because it higher RPMs your ignition quit doesn’t have a chance to reach full charge, which means your spark plugs aren’t getting the full spark benefit of the coil.

    I like your videos, but IMO, this is a waste of money on a truck 5.0. These engines are cammed to make max torque down low, you're not going to rev it high, and even if you do, it's not doing anything but making noise, you are well past the hp and torque peaks. You'd be better off spending your money on a true dual exhaust and 1.7:1 roller rockers to try to get the most out of the weak-ass truck cam.
