I was so grateful for the opportunity to bake sourdough bread for thousands of people at Terra Madre in Italy! 🌾 Working with incredible Italian bakers on a mobile bread truck taught me so much about heritage grains, sustainable baking, and the inspiring PAU movement. It was an unforgettable experience celebrating community, tradition, and the art of artisan bread-making. 🍞

I do yes. Unfortunately though I lost a bunch of footage (my fault) and I didn’t get the full 2nd day. I brought home the chili powder though and will make my own version soon.
