Am impressed with the adjustable suspension am same as you building my own I started around two years ago I have built around 5 now I just found this channel yesterday defently impressed with the work your doing
Ok that was COOl! can't wait to see it crawl, your showing everyone what's possible if you just go for it if you F it up it's just a toy. awesome channel thanks.
Dude nicely done! Not many people round these parts innovating in the rc hobby in an affordable way like you. Keep up the awesome work and happy new year 🎉
I’m doing the same thing with a 6x6 using a flysky10 channel radio. I have each suspension servo on it’s own channel and set the mixing so I can adjust height, pitch and roll. The roll control helps counter act the high CG.
verry inspiering ive got a 3d printer so after finding your channel ime going to forfill a dream of building my own crawler jeeps for 1/6 action figgures ime going to 3d print the frame rails and bits and cast them in aluminum from a hord of ally bears cans ive saved over the years
YAY, We Back Fam! I feel like with this build we can dub you the Mad Scientist of RC builders! Also, quit fingering your RCs! 🤣 Also, I LOVE the purple!
Turned out pretty cool. Cant wait to get my smt10 mega truck build done. Its getting the full electronics outta my 3s infraction so should be pretty insane. Also ordered some stuff to start my crawler build. Youre videos have really got my interest back into the hobby.
All the power to ya brother.. great job. Personally its not for me. Im waaayyyy to picky. A scratch build for me would take 6 months.. lol I absolutely love scale builds
Very cool build , you do nice work . I built a smt 10 chassis out of 3/16 steel tubing ,made my own skidplate out of light gage steel ,brazed it all to gather it was cool but heavy kept bending shock shafts. I'm curious is to why you staggered your servos
I placed them like that so they would go up and down at the same time on each side. People said i could take them apart and re wire them, but I am fine the way it is.
Do you know about servo reversing? It would be a much better solution as shock angles would match during stroke. A cheap cord is all it is. Still a fun a cool idea.
I did read into those quite a bit. I decided to not use it just because the angles don't bother me that much and I didn't want to add more wires to the nest that I created in that thing.
I welded some bolts to the bottom side of the cage, drilled holes in the body, then put a nut and washer on it. I then used those same bolts to mount it to the chassis as well.
Hobbywing makes the spektrum products. There is truly only a few companies that makes their own products. Most of them are just the same thing with different casing
Awesome I think I like that one the most of all of yours
Man that thing is ready for some stream crossings and mud. Well done sir.
That is super badazz bro! Very nicely done. You're really gonna make me buy a welder and learn how to use it!

How is the exocage mounted to the body?
I welded some bolts to the bottom side of the cage, drilled holes in the body, then put a nut and washer on it. I then used those same bolts to mount it to the chassis as well.
