Thanks For Watching
Just stopping by to say ‘Thank you!’. The manufacturer’s instructions were useless. I ended up just using your video for the whole setup process. Their instructions were terrible, but my first impression of the Silverton 810 were quite good. This thing is built like a tank! Looking forward to using it! Thanks again for your help.
I am happy to see my video was worth every minute to help you out. It is a tank and I love mine as well. Thank You for watching and commenting. Enjoy your new Traeger...
Joe, I finally upgraded from a broken down 10 year old Texas elite to the 810 from Costco. Its sitting in a box in the garage so I very much appreciate your video on unboxing and tackling the assembly. Thank you! Its like Christmas all over again:). I love my Traeger. Thank you very much for your service.
Texas elite that is another good smoker but I still Love My Traeger. I found the Silverton 810 was the best for me and I recommend it to everybody who is wanting to smoke, bbq or just plain learn how to cook outside. Keep an eye out I have more videos coming soon. Thanks for watching and don't forget to subscribe🔥😀
Just bought my 810 today. I'm glad I came across your video before I put it together tomorrow. Thanks for your help. Awesome job!!
If I opened the box like I normally would have it would have been a disaster. The salesman told me to open it just like I showed in the video and I thought I would record it as this has been the easiest large item I put together ever. Thanks for watching and I will be creating more cooking video's soon.😀
Just got my 810 the other day. Thanks to you, I don't think I'll need to read the instructions, lol.
Your break down and unboxing was really nice too!! Treager should use and link your video!
I'm so excited to put this together tomorrow Dec 22nd 2021. Merry Christmas to me!!! Merry Christmas to you and your family as well and to all the Treager enthusiasts!
Hi Michael, I am excited to see another Silverton 810 success story. I am glad it helped you put together your smoker. 2022 is going to awesome for me and I will be posting more BBQ tips and tricks on smoking different types of food. Merry Christmas to you and your Family and Merry Traeger.
Joe, you're a lifesaver. The instructions to assemble from Traeger were terrible, all pics with little to no text. Hard to understand why they do this as there multi language directions in the manual. Your detailed video saved me calls to Traeger for further instruction. Can't wait to use this!
Hi Stu, Thank you very much. Traeger built this and boxed it in a great way that really made sense to show how it built it from unboxing. I barely looked at some of the instructions and felt I need to show how it is done. Enjoy your Traeger and watch for more videos. #TheJoeShow
Amazing video! Helped me set up my Traeger in no time!
I am glad it helped you out. You are going to love it when you start it up and get cooking. Thanks for the comment
Thanks so much for this! The video was very helpful!
Your welcome. I'm glad this helped you. Love my Traeger and you will too.
Thank you for sharing this video, Sir! I just got my 810 in and will be using your video during set up tomorrow.
I know you will enjoy your new Traeger have fun and cook everything on it. Thank You for commenting..
Nice Joe! I love BBQ being from NC... have you tried Lexington BBQ before?
Wow sir, thank you so much for that detailed description. It almost makes me want to trade in my recteq BULL. Thank you for posting such great content!! Great job. Look forward to seeing more videos 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
Thank You More videos on Smoking will be coming soon.
This is our second Traeger in 10 years but nervous about putting it together. This one more complicated. Soooo glad we found your video! Maybe a little longer than 1/2 hour😉 but invaluable! I’m sure it saved us hours in the long run. Thanks!
Thank You for watching my Video and I am glad it helped you. Yes it does take a little bit of time but worth the wait. Enjoy it for another 10 years😀
Awesome! Thanks
Joe, thank you for the detailed instructions. That was awesome. Quick question, the owners manual says to point the antenna down for a stronger signal. Did yours come with an antenna? I also got the 810 but did not see an antenna. Thanks, Paul
Hi Paul, Thank You for watching. No there was no antenna with my unit I think that is a standard comment in the book.
Joe, bought a return 810 at local Costco. After unbox process, discovered the lack of assembly instructions and nut and bolts kit. Any way I could find the specs of nuts, bolts and screws?
Hi David, Thanks for commenting. I looked through my files to see if I have any specs on nuts and bolts. Nothing, contact Traeger customer support they are really awesome and have helped me a great deal. Hope they will help you out.
Where do the drip trays go? Female who bought one and doesn’t know how to grill.
The drip tray goes directly under the grills and the drip bucket hangs under everything in the cabinet
Edit is your friend
Thank you for this. The directions they provided are completely useless.
Hey Brandon, thanks for watching this video and I glad it help out. Just wait until you start smoking on your Traeger you will love it and never go back to any rib joint again. 😀
Thanks so much for the detailed instruction Joe. I just bought mine today at Costco and this will save me time in the assembly for sure. Much Appreciated!
David, I am so glad I could help. This is just another reason why I purchased the Traeger Smoker. This is my 2nd one BTW. The first one was smaller and had it for 6 years. I will be posting my own way I cook on a Traeger be watching for new videos.
@@thejoekuskie I will be watching Joe. Believe it or not, I returned my last Treager to get my new 810 Silverton after 5 years of use! No kidding...Costco took it back because I was having heat control issues and an auger jam that I have fixed myself twice and was just never really happy with it. Can you believe that! I never would have expected Costco would do that, but they did. Im a huge fan of Costco and won't buy another major appliance without checking Costco first! Looking forward to seeing some of your best cooking in the future.
Just bought one tonight. Thank you so much for the great instructions.
Hope you enjoy it!
What exactly are the small buckets provided?
Just one bucket it hangs under the smoker in the cabinet and you place the foil cover inside of it then when you clean it just throw away the inner foil and keep the bucket. There is a hook under the smoker were the grease and fat drip. I hope that helps
Thanks!
