I just bought mine today haven't attempted the assembly yet I don't think I got the front tray with mine not sure but the floor model did not have one can I buy a front stray?
The grease trap is where all the meat drippings drain out of the grill. Most have a bucket to collect it; some models are inside the grill, others are on the outside. Make sure it doesn't get too full and check that the hole/tube from the grill to the bucket for excess grease. If you have buildup just wipe it out with a paper towel. Thanks for watching.
We have both. The 810 is bigger, has the super smoke option, , warming feature, wi-fire, and the newer technology helps to better regulate the temp and perform better. If you like your 620, you will love the 810

Does this seal in the heat really well? I just got mine but doesn’t have the gasket like the Ironwood 885 and I was looking forward to that
It does. We have had several different models, and found to like this style the best.

I bought the silverton 620 at Costco, do you know what's the difference between the 620 and 810?
