    I served as a Chaplain for both departments here for a total of 26 years. These situations are immensely difficult for first responders as well. I’ve been to many scenes where I cried all the way home. Please remember these people in your prayers as well.🙏

      It feels like you’re picking up a quarter and only looking at one side. The other side of the exact same coin is if this guy had had a weapon and then killed even more people.
      So you can say whatever you want about the second amendment and for whatever you want. But I can’t help but see this is pretty clear evidence that you’re looking at a situation with confirmation bias, which means in order to confirm what you already believed before.

      @@iMatti00I think he’s talking about a legal means to defend yourself against an attacker whether he had a knife or gun. It’s not any much different than the news when they parade over the dead who were murdered over a school shooting just to call for more control.

      @@iMatti00 youre also forgetting the side of that coin is that even if the guy had a weapon...he would still been stopped early if law abdiing citizens had theirs too. This is sadly what it looks like when you have strict gun control laws, but you also don't actually tackle root issues. But so many ignorant people are quick to say: "It's the guns". Yet they have nothing to say when something like this proves them wrong. I bet Brandon and crew won't call for a assault knife ban or a assault bat ban. To the victims, may you all rest peacefully 🙏🏾

    • @iMatti00
      @iMatti00 Месяц назад

      Umm, feels like you’re missing the trees because you’re looking at the forest, or vice versa however it should be said. If this guy had a gun then he could’ve killed a lot more people.
      I don’t think a lot of the left-wing gun control ideas are actually good at all, but there is a huge difference between a knife or a bat versus an assault weapon.

    • @iMatti00

      It feels like the comment is missing the trees because it’s looking at the forest, or vice versa however it should be said. I think a lot of gun control that the left offers is a bad idea, but it obviously doesn’t make sense to act like giving this guy a more dangerous weapon is not significant.

    I think we need universal background checks and red flag laws for knives too. Including kitchen knives. I think it’s the only way we stay safe! We need knife free zones too! And if you wanna carry a knife you need a permit and finger prints and CBI background check. And a 30 day wait period for all knives! If caught with a knife it should be a 250,000.00 dollar fine and 10 years in prison. We can have the ATF&K conduct checks too.
