- A judgment issued this month means all 140 workers at the now-shuttered restaurant at the former John Hancock Center will receive back pay and benefits after the company didn't give them 60 days notice, as required by law. CBS 2's Suzanne Le Mignot reports.

The fact they had to sue…typical. I hope they actually get the money.
Many businesses are required to put up a bond in order to operate with union workers. I know when I worked in construction that contractors had to acquire a million dollar bond in order to hire union workers. I went through a similar situation with a contractor that suddenly went out of business, and we were all paid our back money out of their bond.
