I lost almost 30 kilos in 2 months back then... Because it teaches your body that there will be food at certain hour and at certain amount rather than binge eating or eat whenever you want at a crazy or too little amount.... I'm not meal expert but it's just based on my experience... Back then

For me I'm used to eating 5 times a day but considering Chloe's portions I would say I would feel hungry and I would easily eat her diet. I don't know if it has to do with culture because where I live we eat a lot of times throughout the day but I know in some countries people eat bigger but less meals

Khloe is basing this diet on her exercise regime. I am sure she does not do this on her days off. It is very healthy and if more people followed a plan like her's; we would not have so much obesity and health problems in America. We should not live to eat: especially "crap" food! Just my opinion.

You forgot she also drinks a gallon of water every day. She’s lot taller than you and exersises intensly so those meals would be smaller for you. Also she has several asistants who propably prepare all those meals for her. This diet is not for normal person for sure.
