    most of those were not meals... they were snacks.. tomatoes and almonds... apples and peanut butter lol so it makes complete sense for her to eat 7 times a day.

    I feel so bad for saying this cause I love your vids but... this diet isn't weird. also like not 7 meals it's just eating 7 times which is normal especially for people who are active (burning calories) hahah this didn't seem rough at all! Just maybe easier to prep some of it like the day before because the time it takes to have 7 meals/snacks is a lot.

    This is pretty similar to how I eat on days I'm very active. Many small meals/snacks to keep my glycogen stores up. Not sure what's so weird about this.

    7 meals is normal. When I did my mandatory National Service, we ate 6 times a day. Breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, supper.
    The only main meals was 3 (breakfast, lunch,dinner)
    And the rest was light/small snacks. Honestly I never did these regime prior enlisting... But it's a good balance... I lost almost 30 kilos in 2 months back then... Because it teaches your body that there will be food at certain hour and at certain amount rather than binge eating or eat whenever you want at a crazy or too little amount....
    I'm not meal expert but it's just based on my experience... Back then

    If you combined the food as bigger meals its not that much food. Tiff is just used to barely eating all day.

    This seems extremely difficult especially when you are not hungry and then still have to eat. At least not all her meals are big portions but some are weird.

    It’s the body type. Instead of putting all the ingredients in one salad, they’re breaking down the tomatoes and almonds as a snack and not eating too much but getting what her body needs while also maintaining her weight.

    Its more like lunch and dinner and other were snacks. That is not much food at all. Keep in mind that Khloe works out like 2 hours a day and she is like 5 ft 7.

    Its so nice to see someone who used to have struggles with weight finding healthier ways to continue to eat food. Its usually starvation and binging that contributes to extreme weight gain.

    Fill the celery stalk with peanut butter and put raisins on top!! OMGG So healthy and tastes delicious!!
    Its called "Ants on a Log"! Not only is it yummy but its a texture thing too!! FRIGGEN Amazing!! If you like celery and peanut butter and raisins you would love this snack! Crunch from celery, smoothness from p. Butter and chewiness of the raisins 👌🏼👌🏼

    For me I'm used to eating 5 times a day but considering Chloe's portions I would say I would feel hungry and I would easily eat her diet. I don't know if it has to do with culture because where I live we eat a lot of times throughout the day but I know in some countries people eat bigger but less meals

    Typically people eat three full meals two snacks and maybe dessert after. So that’s like 6 “meals”. Also those in between meals are snacks.

    Khloe is basing this diet on her exercise regime. I am sure she does not do this on her days off. It is very healthy and if more people followed a plan like her's; we would not have so much obesity and health problems in America. We should not live to eat: especially "crap" food! Just my opinion.

    Em I the only one that would like to eat 7 times a day? (to me they are like 3 meals and 4 snacks lol) Like i always find myself snacking so if i actually planned to eat 7 healthy things ...instead of my oreos...well maybe I should look into this diet lol LIKE THOSE APPLES and honestly i love a tomato with salt and pepper tbh XD

      I was thinking the same, it's low in calories plus it is indeed healthy also for people who don't work out. I actually love tomatoes and I'm pretty sure Khole eats a cup of a small tomatoes fx cherry tomatoes. If you don't like fx celery then you can eat fx a cucumber with hummus instead..

    You forgot she also drinks a gallon of water every day.
    She’s lot taller than you and exersises intensly so those meals would be smaller for you. Also she has several asistants who propably prepare all those meals for her. This diet is not for normal person for sure.
