The pH thing is bullshit isn’t it? like it reacts to pH over four and our skin has a pH over four but the colour don’t change depending on who’s skin it is. it’s just that it’s a little bit sheer, it’s not full coverage so of course it’s gonna blend into the skin
@@LOLO-mn6qw no. It’s not BS. It truly does shift shades when it hits the skin. It ends up being a more saturated shade on skin. What I meant before is that the Too Faced shade is a very light Peptobismol shade that will look like that on the skin, since it doesn’t change shade when on contact with skin like the Dior one. Also, don’t get me wrong, I dislike the Dior blush. I’d rather go for the new One Size or Haus Labs one.
I don’t know I’ve seen so many luxury, high end and affordable brands try to dupe this Dior blush but there’s just something about the formula that’s not 100% the same it still stands out like in every video I have always been able to see the difference between the Dior blush and the dupe
They are both deeply overpriced for a generic blush. Only hourglass has truly unique and beautiful blushes out of the "big brands." Also dior needs to do something about its outdated and hideous packaging. Either switch to non plastic or revamp the packaging to something beautiful like Too Faced did. The nineties are over.
I finally splurged last week and got the Dior after holding back for so long. And I love it. But watching this, I think the TF is better. I really do. Don’t let me buy it!!
You know what is the exact match for that Dior blush and all of us makeup geeks probably already have it. The first Patrick ta blush trio. The center shade is the exact color and you get it in cream and power form. Don’t waste ya money ladies 🤣
MAC has a shade like this for a decade at least. It's called Pink Swoon. Probably cheaper than both of these.

The Dior reacts to your pH and the color changes based on that. The Too Faced is a set color. what you see is what you'll get.

Nothing is dupe for the dior because it reacts to ph of the skin and that makes it last longer.
It's not a dupe when it's two different colors and textures...
I think on the skin you can’t see the difference. I consider them to be dupes because of that.
