I did not get a new plate or new pad wtf am I supposed to do😭
Well when you order it, did you order the faceplate cause it come with the faceplate and touch pad
All this tutorial did was absolutely fuck my controller

@@Zero_4219 it’s all good, did you order from extremerate or Amazon & double check your order to make sure everything you order you got, cause with the kit it’s multiple boxes should be like 3 to 4 boxes
Are the colored controller the most common controllers to be a bdm 20?
Umm some but with Sony doing updates they could be a BDM 30 too just all depends but majority of the color controllers are bdm 20

Seriously? So you are supposed to be some badass controller tech upgrade dude, making a badass controller with 4 back buttons. Right? So why didnt you DO that? Especially when this product is the only one that allows the TOUCHPAD to me remapped. But you didnt do it. If you do not know how to Solder then you need to learn. You completely wasted that upgrade. I know because i have done it. The first time I ever took a controller apart--ANY controller...I changed every custom piece you can change on a PS5 qand added this Rise 4 Kit. Which IS badass. I wish I could share the pic. I made a fully customizable PS5 controller with 4 back buttons that can be remapped to all the buttons, besides the share and the options button, which really sucks. Not sure why a developer would use the little small, set-in options button for maps and menus. When there is a huge touchpad. Rise needs to be able to remap EVERY button. Just like the Xbox elite 2. Which is really badass! Rise also needs quick switch presets like E2. it has 3. Rise you have to complete remap them each game. E2 you can create as many as you want in the settings app. its really cool. Cant believe Song hasnt done this yet. Even their new one still sucks. Still no touchpad. LOL......if you need help with soldering the touchpad I can teach you. thx for your effort.

it sucks that I just got a new ps5 controller and its bdm 030 and i didnt realize when i bought it that 030 existed so i bought the rise kit and now i cant use it
Well extremerate is coming out with a kit for BDM 030 very soon once they do I’ll be doing a install video on that,

@@Gonzo3313 yeah those will be able to do remapping also I think you have to do some soldering to have those options to be remapped
Edits are rough. Tryin to stick it out. Did u remove the blue part before installing the led pard
For the touch pad, yeah you have to remove that, but to remove it you need a heat gun or blow dryer so you can warm it up to take it apart so it don’t break cause you will need that for the new one
@CRAYTON TV im talkin abt the part w the leds. Do u put that on top of the button lay out thats factory or take that off and put the led part w wires in kts place
@@curtjones7381 yeah you put that on top of the buttons part cause it is what going to give them some resistance to you can press them
Messed up 2 controllers smh u should show the step instead of editing out the struggles....
