Congratulations on getting your rights back. I feel once you’ve paid your debt to society, you should have all of your rights restored. The 2nd amendment is clear.
@@grayrecluse7496 from what I’ve heard, there is a couple of very important cases that I’ve heard are going to be going to the Supreme Court, one has already been ruled on by a federal judge in favor of a guy that was a convicted felon and was arrested for having an once of cocaine and also charged as a convicted felon in possession of a firearm. This judge ruled that it was “unconstitutional” and dropped the gun charge. So there is hope, but until then, convicted felons in most states can have a black powder. Before anybody laughs, it can eliminate a threat just as fast as a revolver once you get used to them. Some of them have the power of a .357 as far as ballistic testing goes and the round or conical slugs will do as much damage as most hollow points.
I have a firearm possession felony from 25 years ago I served my time in New York but I live in Massachusetts what would I have to do to get my rights back
@@errollee5575 This link seems to have some helpful information. I made a video about the process in Ohio. From the info that I briefly read they don’t mess with out of state convictions. In Ohio they will give rights back for both out of state and federal convictions. I’ve made videos about how people have sued the government to get their rights back. I’ll look into your state a little deeper but check out some of the videos I’ve made they might be helpful to you. stephenfburke.com/frequently-asked-questions/#:~:text=Yes%2C%20providing%20Five%20years%20have,disability%20the%20conviction%20is%20causing.
I mean on getting my rights restored I had my LTC before I had gotten in trouble which was completely ridiculous. But yeah the state I live in is not friendly to firearms. Worst of the worst
Great video glad to see I'm finally getting the notification from RUclips finally.
@@popaperc4353 thanks 🙏

I've been out for 16 years and I'm still working on it but I live in a very difficult state it's in the Northeast. Not very friendly to say the least
