Do you use self leveling resin? Anytime I try using epoxy on my cups and let them spin, when it dries there's bumps and gaps 🤦♀️. I've tried a bunch of different techniques when applying the epoxy.
I typically use craft smart epoxy from michaels. If you have gaps you may have contamination on your cup and the resin won't adhere. What are you using to prep your cups? If you have bumps it can be from too much epoxy added at once. If the bumps are small you can sand them off.
