A Brooklyn Italian Tradition love making this dish. Orsara lmao Got to drink the Vodka love it. Never find another generation like him my Nonno (Grandfather) was exactly the same. Also love his stuffing at best even myself stuffed dried Ricotta he brought this to a other level. Chin Chin! 🍷
Ciao! They sound perfect with the bite! I make these for my kids since h’abita Napoli! They’re so busy eating they never remember the recipe.🤣🤣🤣 Your video is perfect! Thank you!
I love dishes like this because you have to take your time, its definitely not something you rush. And the person thats eating it knows its made from the heart. And btw i just farted.
My great grandma made these! I grew butternut squash this season and the blossoms are just as delicious! Any squash works, the butternut squash flowers are even bigger!
Pasquale, after watching your videos I miss all my beautiful Italian grandparents. They all contributed to my love of cooking! God bless you . Now I have you to teach me!!!!!
I gotaaa ova heaaa di papyeee towel 😂😂😂 Mmmmm isaaaa zucciniaaaa flowaaaa I remembaaa wenaaa I workaaaa da farmaaaa withaaa my Mothaaa e fathaaaa hahaha. AmaZing
Thank you so much for the recipe, looks delish. Collecting my Zucchino flowers now. I planted the seeds I bought from Naples, It and they are growing beautifully in Long Island, NY ❤️‼️
When i visit Pakistan everyone makes these stuffed zucchini flowers although they don't use the same stuffing as you. It's funny how we all think we are so different and yet every food out there, each culture has it in their own unique variation. Love your English. My first generation parents have their own pronunciation of English words too and it's very endearing.
I tried this recipe for the first time yesterday. Easy and delicious! I'll never waste a zucchini flower again! I think this batter could be used for tempura, as well.
Thank you Pasquale for posting this. When my mother was living, she used to make these but I couldn’t remember how she made them. She made them just like you. Grazie 🍷😋🇮🇹🙋🏻
Just started watching your cooking channel....wish I had seen it earlier...great recipes everything looks delicious that I've watched.....keep up the good work..cin cin
Thank you Pasquale 😊 you are an inspiring, enthusiastic teacher! I must do this next summer! I love watching sqash grow and always wanted to cook with the flowers 🏵
Thank you so much for sharing this recipe! They look delicious!! I would like to ask........when do you pick the zucchini flowers to use for this recipe? And, can you pick any of them or are there just certain ones that you use? I grew zucchini this year and was excited to try something, using the flowers, but I didn't know if I would hinder the zucchini from growing if I picked the wrong flowers or at the wrong time.
I would like to share my experience with u as I tried to plant zucchini myself this year... So far, all I had on my plants were male flowers so I pick them in the morning when they are widely open (they open for just 24 hours) Or even if u missed picking them, u can still do so a day later or 2 but they would be much shrunk and small... Clean them fisrt from inside then follow this recipe... I have no female flowers till now so no real zucchini, just the male flowers and believe me they are sooo tasty following this recipe though I didn't have Vodka... But follow it and u will really like how they taste (was my first time to know that they are edible) :)
I forgot to mention that u just need one male flower to pollinate more than one female flower so if u use some of them to do the recipe and saved some for the pollination to be done, I believe ur plants will still produce good zucchini from the female flowers :)
Oh Man!!! My Nonna made those when i was a kid! ...come to think about it, that's been quite a while ago... i think ill bug her to make some! :) grazie Pasquale!
how much was the prosciutto? cause it is *wicked* expensive in my neck of the woods. either way, them is the tastiest lookin flowers I've ever seen, well done Chef.
... ... ...the stuffed zuccini flowers so good too eat ; this is life through a good food! ; thank~you for the buitifull flavors ; so good too eat the garden... ... ...this is family tradition of buitifull soul food! the simple pleasures as the sun sets over the ruins, and the arromas blend in love... llove Brother brent! 💘
Save your money. Zucchini blossoms are the biggest scam in the cooking industry. They do NOT have a distinct flavor of their own. And most importantly, the strong flavors of the coating and the stuffings completely erase any chance of actually tasting your $15/lb. scam. I defy you to. Unless you're rich and dumb, of course.
He’s so sweet. I love the way he speaks and cooks ❤❤❤God bless him.

Fantastic! Bravo! Delicioso!
Good thing zucchini flowers are edible, otherwise regular zucchini bulbs would be frustrating to wait for.
As for the vodka (I'm a long time alcoholic, just for the record, a few months sober), it'll burn away and the alcohol won't even be a factor.
I will make this next year. Thank you!
