You don't need to pull in the clutch. The engine is still turning, just turn the switch back on (with the throttle closed or you'll take off) and it'll come back to life without needing the starter

I was making a right-hand turn from a stop and accidentally hit the kill button, ...... Straight to the ground.
Lol I did this on accident before, and wound up restarting my engine at 20 mph

After using the kill switch and again start the engine with starter button does it harm the starter or engine

Does it effect the engine and Catalytic converter
No. It's purpose is for emergency so it will not affect the engine .
