We need another review in like six months, to see if you’re still happy with it, if everything’s still working as it should be. I don’t think something like this would work for me tho.. we’ve got more than 4 cats, which is probably more than that app could keep track of (plus it could only replace one litterbox, not all 3), and two of them are special kitties on special diets who end up having fairly runny poops at least once a month. I don’t think I’d want to clean that off the moving parts of this machine just because it cycled right after they left, while everything was still .. smeary. But I can definitely see it working well for a single- or double-cat household, with standard cats. Assuming it keeps working properly! Keep us updated.
I've never had any kind of automatic cat crapper, but recently saw the ones that were marketed over the last couple of years and found out how dangerous those ones were, so I'm REALLY nervous about the thought of any kind of automatic litter box now after seeing what the other ones were doing to the cats
To be fair, a lot of those you're referring to probably were cheaply made knockoffs... But the quality ones were still pretty expensive... So unless those had defects they weren't going to harm someone's cat... They had safety features to prevent operation if a cat was in the box...
@JaimeWulf there's videos about those automatic ones on here. Saw them a week or two ago. I was absolutely shocked. Was never so glad I didn't get something to make less work for myself
The ones having issues and literally hanging cats had a safety sensor that wasnt detecting all the time and when cats would look back their heads would get caught and it would close on their neck. Moist critical did a vid on it and its genuinely horrifying. There was stuff like a mother going downstairs with her toddler and them both witnessing their cat hanging there with blood everywhere.
I now have two young adult, healthy cats. Not long ago, I had two elderly cats (19 and 21). My biggest concern about all these products is their height. When my two elderly cats were still with me, I don't think they could have comfortably get in and out of the litter box. My two cats now? No problem. But when they get older and arthritic, I don't know if they could comfortably enter and exit the box. Anyone have any experience with these products with old cats?
So you're saying that a cat crapper will text you whenever it doesn't feel well, and we humans are not only expected to accept this, but also consider it a big leap foward for mankind? Somehow that potato dress doesn't seem quite so silly. 😺
If I ever go back to using clay litter, I'd be interested in this automatic litter box. Most of the automatic ones are closed in and the space for the cat to maneuver seems too small but I think my cats would be fine with this one.
The closed in ones are dangerous, too. There have been instances where cats were injured or worse if one of those went into a cleaning cycle while a cat was in it. I think this one being open, and the way it operates resolves the issues with the closed in ones.
Please be very careful with litter robots. Some open front ones have been known to kill cats by getting them trapped inside when a cat turns to look back after they leave. Moist critical did a video about one and it was super scary and disturbing
I don't have a cat, incredibly curious, did someone say they cost 599.00 dollars???? The whole concept of hoarding poo weirds me out 😂😂😂 And 14 days times two cats 🤔 28 poos and if like some dogs twice a day 56 poos in that drawer and it doesn't smell? I've turned over one poo in the garden, a gift from a neighborhood cat and dear God ohhh that smell 😮😅
Your recommendation goes a long way for me, however even with the small discount it's way out of our budget range... Plus we have 2 grown cats and 3 half-grown kittens as of now... To be fair I think we'd need at least 2...
Are you kidding me?? This thing is $600. I'll give it an honest review if they send me one too. It looks like a great unit I just don't have $600 to spend on a litter box. SMH.
You realize that you can train your cat to use the human toilet! then you don't have to fuss at all over anything! You can find some video's hire on youtube showing you how to train your cat. and if your really patient you can train them to flush afterwards.
Hearing the cat purring while you gush about it suggests he loves it too.

4:00 dear god 😍😍
Well not me running here looking to see how much it is because I have four cats and will need to get two 😬

We recently purchased a similar cat litter system. These things are amazing! I

You're so cute! Really enjoy your content❤
Happy new year🥰
For the price I expect a microchip reader; if your cats are similar weight the scale isn't much use.
Grass-based litter is a life changer.
Who makes that?

Much Appreciated ❤❤❤❤
Dahling- you know I’ll look at anything you post, but $599? Really? Will they send me a free one?
Wow!!!! I’d be willing to do a lot of scooping for $600.
The mess on the front, is this typical? Did you have to wipe it often?
I never had a cat but I think it will be my next pet. ☃️☃️❄️❄️🥰🥰
Can I still use it without the app/connecting it to my WiFi?
Yes. Works totally fine without the app.
So this keeps your box and kitty clean and smelling good?

Yeah, $600, I'll just keep with the manual method.

Bones!!!😊
I've seen reports of decapitation just be aware
I was about to say the same thing. Is this the same brand as that one?
Thank you for the concern, but fortunately this is a different model and company than the one with known issues.
@Refashionedhippie thank goodness. I have 2 robotic litter machines for my 4. There are some very dangerous ones out there
@@Refashionedhippie oh, good! I was worried.
How utterly horrifying and disturbing. If I ever go for something like this it had better be the safest thing ever 😿
Works on Android?
Yes it does!
