I live in San Diego, and over the years, have visited several Toll Bros developments. Their homes are my all-time favorites. My parents nearly bought a Toll house in Carlsbad. This home -- never thought a house with so much stonework would look so warm and inviting. The wooden ceilings looked to be rough-sawn. The blending of contemporary walls with rustic ceilings was a nice mix. I also liked the "no lawn" backyard.
My family and I saw all 3 models a few months ago before Covid. Our fave is this one and the middle. These homes are beautiful and the pools are breathtaking.
Comparing to other channels making house tours, you really showing every single corner. Giving us a perfekt overview. Очень хорошо. Really like that!!! 👍🏼
I love dual staircases in a main front room because they keep the room symmetrical... But that room is TOO small for that. The front room would have to be at least twice as wide. But in a LARGE LONG front room that runs the length of the house or something... A staircase on both ends looks awesome!
There is no doubt about it that Toll Brothers build some of the best homes ever and have the best outdoor entertaining spaces but one thing I feel they fail to keep in mind….are kids and dogs. It seems that there is never enough grassy areas in the backyard spaces……
I am far away, in Mumbai, India. Every piece and room in this house is unique. Modern yet soothing, the beds, the baths, duel staircases, lighting and on. Except the positions of dining Vs living room. Maybe the other houses are different. Outside places are fine except gardens that do not impress. Waiting to read offers in comments.
how can a old camera be better than a new? This new camera gets dark too much but the quality is definitely better.. I would think it's better for outdoors
Don't know why but you leaving the front door open made me uneasy lol. I'm like, "Someone can get in.... Oh it's a model." Smh. Otherwise, Beautiful home. Good job Danny.
I'm going to be the odd man out here. I'm not a fan of those floors in the kitchen area; they make the room seem somewhat dark. However, with that said this is a wonderful house.
This house itself is about 2.x mil, but since it's a model house with luxury upgrades, that's why it's 4,5. CA property tax is 1% while Texas is 3-4%. It's huge.
Way overpriced, I got a house the same size in Carmel Valley same square footage for 1.2mil. My neighbor isnt nearly as close as this one is. The pool cost me $400 a month to maintain and the backyard view is not obstructed like the walls in this video. However, in the future I can do without the pool because of the cost to maintain. After Solar our Utilities are still over $500 a month. For a pool that size you're looking at probably double the cost in utilities. You would be throwing money away if you purchased a home at this price.
Some agents show you the “starting price” of this model if it was built without upgrades - it’s a great way to get lots of views. The price you see here is for this actual house with all the upgrades included.
It was great until you started the master tour through the laundry room. Horrible tour. Big mistake. Like taking me through a million dollar property through the back door! So disappointing. Ugh, what a missed opportunity.
$4.5 Mill huh? I could move to Oregon , Washington, Georgia, Virginia, you can name the state if you like, and get (or build) a monster sized home for 1/10th the price...or less.
House is beautiful...your narration not so much. Describing a house as a "bad boy," "..for all you square butts..." etc. I turned off the volume and simply enjoyed the house.
I’m going to type it into existence. One day I will own a nice home like that in Southern California!!!!
Yes! Love that mentality!
Seeya round neighbor 😏
make lots of money.... it will happen!
You’re not going to you already do! You’re just waiting to sign the paper. Act is if!
Wow! Blessed is the person who purchases this home! This house is gorgeous!
🇺🇸 I’ve always loved the Toll Brothers Builder. They’ve the best designs ever. Someday, someday in Florida.

Those sliding doors are so gorgeous and absolutely love the yard. If I only had the money 💴. Definitely a home SWEET home 🏡
Wow!! This is absolutely one amazing home! I would really purchase a home like this...unfortunately, I'm $4.5 mil short 😔😟
I like that there's lots of built-in cabinetry. It reduces the need for buying dressers and storage units.
Toll Brothers is my favorite home builder. This home is simply beautiful 🤩🤩🤩
Keep up the good work Danny. 👍👍👍
Now this is my dream house
Omg! Anyone in San Diego trying to look at a house like this with me? I need to touch this to manifest it! This is beautiful!
❤ Toll Bros. Not a Lennar fan. Beautiful home.
I absolutely love toll Brothers! This is one of the best houses that I’ve seen from them yet please show more…
Great to see a big builders like Toll doing houses not so ‘cookie cutter’
What a fabulous house. Rog brown. Pacific sunset records.
Comparing to other channels making house tours, you really showing every single corner. Giving us a perfekt overview. Очень хорошо. Really like that!!! 👍🏼
Danny, you've stepped up your game Big Time.
The foyer design with the dual curve staircase🔥🔥🔥 Let's see what Pardy homes are offering. Toll Brother bring that WoW factor💯‼

I love the bathroom

You ROCK!!!
Hey, Danny. Love your videos. I had a question. Would you be doing this ten years from now?
Dark night on the tv im buying this house
“For all you square butts out there” HAHAHAHAMYSQUAREASSHAHAHAHA
I really love this house and where it is located in San Diego and how much is the offer price thank you
Whats up Champ. I see you have a new camara, check your ISO . Your last couple of videos are darker then the older one. Try 800 iso. I hope this helps
The camera is moving a little too fast so you might want to slow down a bit. Also, it was a little too dark.
I love this home! I like your style! 'o)
Very nice... What do the bare lots go for? Could make a real nice addition to this property... Stay safe... Have a great day...
God bless🙏 usa🇺🇸.
Bruce doesn't die. You can see bruce is still alive.
excellent video, where can I see the construction plans of the house?
#DecdbyAdriane loves this builder they pay attention to details
Hey Danny can you please do one of toll brother elite homes with 3 stories
Hay Danny you know what I like Palm cayon
Damn nice property for its price...this would be $20 million in the bay area
Absolutely beautiful! I didn’t see or hear the Price.
Adymn Sani Thank you..
For all that money each tub and shower should have glass enclosiers. And how big are the secondary bedrooms?
This is it.🥵
I’ll meet u one day . Sooon
I love the house. But what really annoys me are the 6 ad commercials during this 27min video. lol
how can a old camera be better than a new? This new camera gets dark too much but the quality is definitely better.. I would think it's better for outdoors
Where is this located
Don't know why but you leaving the front door open made me uneasy lol. I'm like, "Someone can get in.... Oh it's a model." Smh. Otherwise, Beautiful home. Good job Danny.
Can i get this model in texas????
Wha is the square footage?
This home may have already sold because usually they don't have the doors up on these models unless they are sold.....
Which neighborhood is this in? I know San Diego is huge and prices really vary based on location...
Camera lags , sometimes is out of focus when panning around .
Need to go back to previous camera 🎥 . Love the video anyways lol !
How much is this model house?
I'm going to be the odd man out here. I'm not a fan of those floors in the kitchen area; they make the room seem somewhat dark. However, with that said this is a wonderful house.
First view.first comment
The price ?
Can you post m0re low level house
Omg.
This new camera is awful, it gets dark too often it doesn't transition well.
Selling the plans for that house?
14,000,000 x 1.19% property tax EVERY YEAR = $266,000 a year
Beautiful home but no elevator, bummer.
How dare they put commercials in my big real estate commercial. 🤷🏻♂️
nice home but when you buy a finish build, there always somewhere you wish to be done differently.
Sqft?
Hot take: San Diego is better than Los Angeles
the house very beautiful but the camera you use not good like camera phon
hello my name is Justin Snarponis I am 19 who lives in San Diego about to take my real estate exam. Would you be interested in mentoring?
How much is it
It's in the thumbnail
Weird I must be going blind
That would only be worth about 2 mil in Texas.

But San Diego has beaches and mountains and better weather also
Yeah but then you would have to live in Texas. 🤮
@@joez3706 hahahhahaha... so true. The heat in summer, the flooding, tornadoes, and all the heeeeeehawwww

I'm pretty sure I saw this same house in another video for 2.3 million dollars

You could also move to Uganda and build one at 1/100th the price.
Then why don't you?
Id rather not live in a retail store. Sorry not sorry.
House is beautiful...your narration not so much. Describing a house as a "bad boy," "..for all you square butts..." etc. I turned off the volume and simply enjoyed the house.
Let me guess... square butt?
You should upgrade you camera it's so bad
Overpriced crap 💩
How much?
